Our Lady of Medjugorje – Message Given To Mirjana – Day for Non-Believers – February 2, 2018

Our Lady of Medjugorje
Message Given To Mirjana on the Day for Non-Believers
February 2, 2018

“Dear children, you whom my Son loves, you whom I love with an immeasurable motherly love, do not permit for selfishness, for self love, to rule the world. Do not permit for love and goodness to be hidden. You who are loved, who have come to know the love of my Son, remember that to be loved means to love. My children, have faith. When you have faith you are happy and are spreading peace; your soul trembles with joy. My Son is in such a soul. When you are giving yourself for the faith, when you are giving yourself for love, when you are doing good to your neighbor, my Son smiles in your soul. Apostles of my love, I am turning to you as a mother. I am gathering you around myself and I desire to lead you on the way of love and faith, on the way which leads to the light of the world. I am here for the sake of love, for the sake of faith, because with my motherly blessing I desire to give you hope and strength on your way – because the way which leads to my Son is not easy. It is full of renunciation, giving, sacrifice, forgiveness and much, much love. But this way leads to peace and happiness. My children, do not believe lying voices which speak to you about false things, false glitter. You, my children, return to the Scripture. I am looking at you with immeasurable love, and through God’s grace am making myself evident to you. My children, set out with me. May your soul tremble with joy. Thank you.”

Special Commentary – Comparative Study on the Book of Revelation, Chapters 11, 13, and 17 – Especially Written for Catholic Priests

Dear Beloved Blog Followers,

As many of you know, I wrote a product review of a Catholic Bible study software that has a free version that I recommended recently on the blog, MaryRefugeOfHolyLove. (See review: Verbum Catholic Bible Study Software Review, https://maryrefugeofholylove.com/2017/10/05/verbum-catholic-bible-study-software-review/) Well, I will be very honest and say, that I do not read Holy Scripture very much beyond listening during Sunday Mass. It is mainly because I get overwhelmed on where to even begin and I have lacked some good Bible study references to explain things. So, I have been very happily exploring my new Catholic software, because it has given me access to some really good references that I never would have been able to buy on my own (electronic versions are much cheaper for these types of books and I do not have to worry about storage space, etc.; also, I have no access to a scholarly library, etc.). So, each day, I have been spending a little time on Holy Scripture trying to make up for years of neglect (Lord, please forgive me!).

Now, in the void of not knowing much Holy Scripture, I have spent most of my time discerning and contemplating heavenly messages for the past several years—which are much easier for me to readily understand. I have also always felt that modern-day heavenly messages are very important to study—after all, if Our Lord and Our Lady are speaking to us now, then it must be important to know. Also, I have always felt that the holy words of Our Lord for today are no different in value from Holy Scripture from 2000 years ago. After all, it is God—need I say more? So, that is why I have been able to write much, in general, about heavenly messages.

Thus, I like to think that my years of neglecting Holy Scripture are “made up” by my many hundreds of hours contemplating heavenly messages of Our Lord and Our Lady (although, St. Jerome is probably laughing at me and likely disagrees if readers are familiar with his famous quote—oh, Lord, please forgive me, for my ignorance!).

Well, earlier this week, I decided to read up on what the scholars had to say about the Book of Revelation, specifically, Chapters 11, 13, and 17. Chapter 11 is about the Two Witnesses of the Apocalypse and Chapters 13 and 17 are about the antichrist, false prophet, mark of the beast, Babylon, etc. The Book of Truth given to 7th messenger, Maria Divine Mercy, by Our Lord, has much to say about these things, as well as other private revelation that I believed in, so I figured it would be good to increase my knowledge about these matters by reading what the Holy Mother Church had to say through the years. After all, as a faithful Catholic, I follow the teachings of the Magisterium.

Oh, my brothers and sisters, I was shocked! I was expecting to find some common ground between what Our Lord and Our Lady have been revealing to us in modern-day messages with the teachings of Holy Mother Church… Stunned, I discovered that Holy Mother Church offers three different ways to interpret the Book of Revelation—having not one consistent and reliable way of interpreting the Apocalypse for modern-day readers –and all three ways having very little in common with what Our Lord and Our Lady are telling us these days, the End Times.

And when I discovered this alarming situation, I felt moved out of compassion to do a special commentary especially, for Catholic priests and theologians, who are going to experience much shock at the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience). Many of them are going to realize how very little that they truly know about Holy Scripture—especially, relating to this time that we are living in—the End Times and that we are the chosen generation that will experience the Second Coming of Our Lord. So, I spent several hours researching this past week, putting together a “comparative study” of what I know from the Book of Truth and other private revelation about these matters, in comparison with what is being taught in the seminaries and by theologians, etc. Specifically, the study is on the differences between key passages of Chapters 11, 13, and 17 of the Book of Revelation. (I may do other comparative studies in the future about the Book of Revelation but I leave that up to the Holy Spirit to direct me).

Now, I want people to know that I am not a formal scholar. I do have graduate degrees, so I am familiar with advanced research and writing, but like I admitted, I am not at all an expert on Holy Scripture—that is not my field of studies. Also, I learned many years ago the folly of human knowledge, realizing that everything I learned in graduate school was worth nothing to the Truth of God. So, I offered God the use of my intellect a longtime ago, basically, unlearning everything I was taught in school, so I could instead focus on God and His wisdom. And to be honest, the more that I strive to know about God, the little I realize that I even know in the first place. Truly, I have much to learn.

And so, I want people to know that the commentary that I wrote is very basic and simple to read, summarized in three different charts. So, although I wrote it especially for priests, the commentary can be easily read by anyone who wants to learn. Anyone who reads it is going to become very concerned for the Catholic Church, because it is very revealing about the “intellectual snobbery” that Our Lord has commented quite a few times about in the Book of Truth. It will also become very apparent why so many of the clergy reject the Book of Truth given to Maria Divine Mercy, Marian apparitions in general, and modern-day prophecy. Truly, I am shocked by what the seminaries are teaching and how different it is from what Heaven is actually revealing to us.

So, although I did this out of love for our priests, this special commentary is for everyone, too. Here is the link for all to read:

God bless!

Our Lady is here dressed in white and gray. She says:

“Praise be to Jesus.”

“I have come to tell you that the First Seal has been opened.* Now is the time when hearts and nations will be conquered. Evil plots in hearts will be manifest and much good will be destroyed.”

“You, My children, must unite in the Truth. Do not delay. My Son will assist you. I offer you the grace of the Refuge of My Heart. Do not allow labels such as Catholic or Protestant to divide you. We are all one in the trials which are here and lie ahead. Pray for wisdom and perseverance. Do not be fooled by title, authority or influenced by ill-gotten power.”

“I have come to persuade you into Holy Love which is a universal call to all.”

Maureen: “Blessed Mother, I don’t know what this means about the Seal. Can you explain it please?”

“There are as many interpretations as there are scripture scholars. I can tell you this – it marks the beginning and the end – the beginning of Christ’s Reign and the End Times is at hand. The end of God’s Merciful restraint of His Justice is upon you. Many have believed that this Seal was already broken. However, I tell you today that there will be more profound struggles between good and evil. There will be consequences to evil acts that can only be interpreted as God’s Justice, if wisdom intercedes at all.”

“This is why I plead with all Christians to unite and act with one heart towards the welfare of all.”

* Read Revelations 6:1-2+

Synopsis: Each of the Seven Seals represent the unleashing of afflictions reserved for sinful men found in a list hidden in the scroll which only the Lamb of God will break open as reserved to Him in carrying out the Divine Plan. Each of the Four Horsemen symbolize a particular woe connected with woe and destruction.

Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say, as with a voice of thunder, “Come!” And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and its rider had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.

Mary, Refuge of Holy Love says:

“Praise be to Jesus.”

“I can only tell you (Maureen) what I told you last night. People must understand that private revelation does not have to be approved by theologians to be genuine. Human error is too often part of discernment. The fact is, judgment often takes the place of discernment. Minds are set on disapproving rather than discovering the Truth.”

“When you see a bird soaring overhead you know that he sees everything below – a bird’s-eye view – you would say. These Messages* come into the world to give the listener a bird’s-eye view of where the heart of the world is headed during the present age. It was never My Son’s intent that people live in fear, unforgiveness and hunger not only for food, but hunger for power, popularity and money.”

“The call of these Messages is to allow Holy Love to possess your hearts, thereby transforming the heart of the world. This is the path of Jesus’ Victory.”

Read 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5+

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the Word of the Lord may speed on and triumph, as it did among you, and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful; He will strengthen you and guard you from evil. And we have confidence in the Lord about you, that you are doing and will do the things which we command. May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.

Verbum Catholic Bible Study Software Review

Verbum Catholic Bible Study Software Review (by a soul):

(October 4, 2017) — I am doing this product review as I want my blog followers of MaryRefugeOfHolyLove to be made aware of a Catholic Bible Study Software that I have been trying out for the past few weeks.  It is built on the Logos 7 Bible Study Platform which is used by Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish scholars and Bible learners.  It is called Verbum.

If you have ever wondered how your parish priest reads the Holy Bible and prepares his weekly homilies, well, he is probably using Verbum software.

I am not new to Bible study software.  From 2006-2013, I used older versions of Logos software, which was mainly based on Protestant works with the limited Catholic resources that were available at the time.  In 2013, I tried out the new Verbum software which was geared for Catholics, and to be honest, I did not like it.  The features were too clunky and not robust enough for me and there were not enough Catholic resources available, so I asked for a refund and gave up on Bible study software.  Then, during the summer, I discovered a free Bible study software online, which was mainly Protestant based, but was sophisticated enough to meet my limited needs; and so, that was where I was at until a few weeks ago–when I decided to visit the Verbum website out of a whim, asking myself, “why not?”

Well, it was mid-September, and while searching the website, I discovered that there was a FREE “Basic” version of the Verbum software available for people to use.  The FREE Basic version contained 12 resources, including two excellent Catholic Bible commentaries that I had never had before and two very good Catholic dictionaries.  And because it was all FREE, I decided it was worth a try.  So, I downloaded the FREE version to my computer.

Well, imagine my surprise, when I discovered that all my old eBooks that I had purchased between 2006-2013 downloaded with the FREE version, too.  I found out that all the old Logos licenses were still honored and I was so happy to see the three Catholic commentaries that I had purchased before (two of them no longer available on Logos 7–the Oxford and Jerome commentaries), as well as other works that I had purchased (I had several books on Biblical counseling, Charismatic movement, and the complete Max Lucado library).  And when I tried out the FREE version of Verbum, it was so much better–the improvements were more intuitive and powerful, I was instantly hooked.  So, I purchased the “Starter” version of the software and I have been very happy exploring all the resources, so I am writing this review to recommend it.

Now, I want to say Verbum software is not cheap.  Currently, they are having a sale for the “Starter” version, I believe until October 11, 2017,  The Starter version is the most inexpensive version and Verbum is having a special sale–this is the first time the software is less then two hundred dollars.  Yes, it is regularly almost three hundred dollars, so for most people, it is probably best to get the FREE Basic version and buy books as you need them.  If it were not on a special sale and the fact that I got an additional discount for owning Logos before as I already had some of the eBooks, I would not have been able to afford even the Starter version.  It is indeed a significant purchase.

However, I am happy to recommend the FREE Basic version to everyone.  It comes with three different Bibles, two excellent Catholic commentaries, a very good Concordance, two Catholic dictionaries/encyclopedias, etc.  Also, once you have the Verbum software, there are also a few other free resources available as well.  There is a “free book of the month” for Verbum, as well as a free nondenominational Bible study collection (Lexham Intro), that I recommend downloading.  Also, below is a short list of eBooks that I recommend purchasing if you only use the FREE Basic version (these eBooks come with the Starter version).  They include two Catholic Bibles, the Catholic Lectionary, and the Catechism under Pope John Paul II.

Now, what can you do with the Verbum Bible Study software?  Well, people who purchase the more advanced packages can study Sacred Scripture in the original languages of Latin, Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic.  But, if you are like me, I just find it fascinating to study the different English translations, as well as the different interpretations among Biblical scholars for various Sacred Scripture verses.  I also like learning the historical contexts for events and people in the Holy Bible and I like having access to historical maps, images, etc.  The best part about having Bible study software is being able to trace verses and words between many different resources and eBooks.  It makes Sacred Scripture become alive and interactive.  I also like having many devotional eBooks in one place, as I love to do daily spiritual reading to improve myself.

I hope a lot of people take advantage of this offer.  God bless!

Message To Ivan’s Prayer Group
May 29, 2017

IVAN: Today, as every day, I would briefly like to describe tonight’s meeting together with Our Lady. Also today Our Lady came to us joyful and happy and She greeted all of us, at the beginning, with Her motherly greeting, ‘Praised be Jesus my dear children.’ Then, for a while, She prayed over all of us here, with Her arms extended, and She prayed especially over those of you who are sick. Then Our Lady said:

“Dear children, also today I desire to call you to put God in your lives in the first place. To place God in your families in the first place. To accept* His words, the words of the Gospel and to live them in your lives and your families. Dear children, in a special way, through this time I call you to the Holy Mass, to the Eucharist; to read the Sacred Scripture more in your families with your children. Thank you, dear children, also today for having responded to my call.”

Then Our Lady blessed all of us with Her motherly blessing, and She also blessed everything you brought to be blessed. Then I recommended all of you, all of your needs, your intentions, your families and, in a special way, all the sick and those who, in a special way recommended themselves to prayer. After that Our Lady continued to pray over all of us here for awhile, and She left in that prayer, in an illuminated Sign of the Cross, with a greeting, “Go in peace my dear children.”

* accept, The Croatian word translated to accept has several meanings and may need further clarification.
