I believe that this unique night vision will begin to be granted to wearers during the 7 days and 7 nights immediately preceding the Great Warning, as the sun will be dimming to total darkness during those days as a sign of the times, etc. And of course, having this scapular will be very handy to use whenever we are called by locution by God to travel to the refuges, etc.
As for the BLUE SCAPULAR, it has been directly given by Papa God to us as a culmination of all previous scapulars given by Heaven. In particular, if you wear the Blue Scapular, you not only gain all the promises given by Papa God for this unique scapular, you also gain all the promises given by Heaven for the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus scapular and the Brown Scapular (Scapular of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary). In conclusion, I am still trying to verify certain facts that I have learned through independent news sources, but I have reason to believe that our U.S. mail delivery and airline industry will be interrupted during the months of June and July.
