Recently, in a commentary, I wrote about mitigating Divine Justice in the context to the messages of Our Lady of Garabandal and the Conditional Great Chastisement. And in the commentary, I made reference to another important three-part series of writings that I am working on that has the potential to heal scandal-ridden Holy Mother Church and the entire world. Well, the reason that I am doing this particular writing, is because I believe that I need to give clearer directions and insights on how to implement the request that I have made of people regarding spending an additional 20-30 minutes adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion after Holy Mass. Because I believe there are people who would sincerely like to answer this call of Heaven to do this for Our Holy Mother Church and to increase their personal holiness and sanctification, but they do not understand how to do this properly.

Many people think that I am calling for additional time adoring Our Lord before the Holy Tabernacle or Exposed in the Holy Monstrance, which is an admirable practice, but this is not what I am calling people to do. No, this is not what I am asking for. Rather, I am calling for people to spend additional time adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion. There is a distinction and it is important for people to know and understand so people can follow what I have been doing for almost fourteen years now.

I have a dear friend who I befriended through this blog, MaryRefugeOfHolyLove, who happens to live in the same diocese as me. And she has attended Holy Mass with me a few times as well as had conversations with me about Holy Communion. Well, I believe that she can readily testify that what I do during Holy Mass and afterwards regarding adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion is distinct from adoring Our Lord before the Holy Tabernacle. So, I asked her to summarize some of her initial thoughts on this as she has been striving to do what she has seen me do in Holy Communion. So, I will be referencing some of her thoughts in this writing as I explain this holy practice to you all.

Because the honest truth is, I wish I could attend Holy Mass individually with all of you, my beloved blog followers, because this act of devotion is better seen than reading in a writing. But, I have to try. I want all of you to be blessed as I have been and to grow in your faith. I also want to see Holy Mother Church and the entire world healed, which was shared with me privately back in December (2018) as the solution by Heaven for the spiritual crisis facing mankind today.

And so, as you consider these instructions that I write, I want you to ask yourself an honest question. When the Blessed Mother or the Twelve Apostles received Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist, how much time do you think that they spent honoring and worshiping Our Lord in Holy Communion? If you can honestly answer that, then I think that you will realize that 20-30 minutes is a bare minimum amount of time for loving the Lord in this way.

This is the Ancient Secret of Holy Communion that I am trying to reveal to everyone. The more time that a person spends adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion, the more passionate their love will be for the Lord. This is the primary reason that the early Christians were able to fearlessly go to their martyrdom and became great Saints in Heaven. As I have written before, this is how the Blessed Mother hinted about in Locutions To The World that She would be able to raise up great Saints overnight in this time of darkness.

This Ancient Secret of Holy Communion that I am revealing is why satan desperately wants to get rid of the Most Holy Eucharist through the abomination of desolation as spoken about in Sacred Scripture. Because once the Ancient Secret of Holy Communion becomes common knowledge and common practice, satan will be defeated. Because when a person battles satan literally through reception of the Most Holy Eucharist in Holy Communion, satan can only be defeated. This is because it is satan coming against the Real Presence of God and satan will always lose. Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist Is All-Powerful and satan is nothing by comparison.

People must understand that by loving God by spending more time with Him in Holy Communion, we are giving permission to the Lord to change the world around us. We mobilize all the angels around us to fight on our behalf in the supernatural realm so that ultimately the natural realm can be influenced and changed for the better. Adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion is infinitely more powerful than any other form of prayer, even the Most Holy Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet. So, everyone must engage satan and the demons of hell where the real ultimate spiritual warfare lies by adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion. Love really does conquers all.

Now, realize, that when you consume the Most Holy Eucharist, the Most Blessed Sacrament is physically in your body for at least fifteen minutes. So, every person should be honoring the Real Presence of Our Lord within themselves, every time they receive Holy Communion for at least that duration of time. Most people do not do this. Instead, at most, they will adore Our Lord for five minutes of prayer to themselves and then will sit back in the pews after the priest has placed the Blessed Sacrament back into the Tabernacle. But, Our Lord is still with everyone—please do not forget Him(!).

On July 16, 1999, at Holy Love Ministries (http://www.holylove.org), Our Lord said these words:

“When you come before Me, let it always be as though it were the first time, the first moment of your understanding of My Real Presence… Ask for the grace to allow Me to stay within the tabernacle of your heart after you receive Me – to linger there – to languish in your soul. I delight in those that desire My Presence. Oh, how I do take delight in them! Believe and have faith that I choose it for each soul.”

I want people to know that the only reason I spend 20-30 minutes adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion is because I have to respect the custodians who close the doors of my local parish after Holy Mass. However, at other churches that I have attended, I have spent several times upwards of an hour in Holy Communion and one time, I spent almost two hours adoring Our Lord in Holy Communion. How am I able to do this? Because the Lord gives special graces to those who love Him in this way, by suspending them in Eucharistic joy. It is difficult for me to speak about these special graces because they are intimate between me and the Lord. But, they exist and people can never realize the special graces meant for them by the Lord if they do not first try to spend time with Him in this way.

Realize that Jesus, the Beloved, Is the Ultimate Lover of your soul. He spends an hour of His time wooing your affections during Holy Mass and then, at the pivotal moment of your romance, reception of Holy Communion, you spend less than five minutes in profound intimacy with Him, the Source of All Love, then literally run away from Him, checking your watch.

Just think about it.

On November 5, 2003, at Holy Love Ministries, Our Lord once said:

“If you are Catholic and listening to Me, I invite you to comprehend the most important part of your day should be Holy Mass. Much preparation should precede the prayer of the Mass, and much thanksgiving should follow it. Do not let others dictate to you your posture or demeanor in the precious moments after you receive Me in the Holy Eucharist. This is My special time with each soul and needs to be saturated with reciprocating love between the soul and Me. This moment in the interior forum must not be violated by community. Such a practice further reduces the importance of the sacrament of My Real Presence. When each soul is strengthened and nourished in this private moment with their Creator, the entire community will be strengthened. Do not fear putting into practice what I tell you today.”

Also, on October 31, 2005, at Holy Love Ministries, the Blessed Mother said:

“Certain practices are being presented to you, My children, as favorable–even Vatican approved. The time after you receive the Sacred Eucharist is the special time between you and the Lord. Remember, in Holy Love we must love God above all else. This means He must be first. After My Son comes into your heart, it is a time for union with Divine Love. The Holy Father never asked you to stand and sing and be united with each other at this special moment of grace. These are all distractions. Do not be tricked into thinking otherwise. Do not relinquish this most cherished time with My Jesus to some avant-garde practice.”

My dear friend, who attends daily Mass, is starting to implement the practice that I have done for Holy Communion at her very devout parish. Everyday, they have Exposed on the altar Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament between the daily Masses. And after Holy Mass, her parish community prays the Most Holy Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet together before Our Lord.

Meanwhile, my friend has seen me in how I adore Our Lord in Holy Communion after Holy Mass while the rest of the community is praying and singing worship songs together in typical Adoration. I do not participate. Instead, I remain on my knees for the hour, eyes closed, adoring Jesus as I know the Lord Is still with me as long as I desire Him in Holy Communion. The only time that I get up from my kneeling posture is to accept the final blessing of the priest. But, once I receive the final blessing, I return to kneeling and adoring the Lord with my eyes closed, because I love God above all else at that moment—I do not join in with any communal prayer or watch the priest leave the church.

The first day, my dear friend started adoring Our Lord for an extended period of time in Holy Communion, she had difficulty concentrating, because of the communal prayer. But, on the second day, her concentration was much better, as she was able to keep the communal prayer in the background of her mind, as she continued to pray and to rest with Our Lord in Holy Communion. And for the rest of the first week, she had mixed results with her abilities at mental prayer—her ability to meditate, focus, and concentrate on Jesus in her heart. She does feel a “sense of loss” at times that she is not participating with those reciting the Most Holy Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet. However, she has begun to realize certain important observations about herself and her relationship with Our Lord.

In her words, she says:

“I can definitely see why Jesus is asking us to meditate on Him after communion; so I do appreciate you explaining this to me. I’m actually embarrassed at how self-centered was the need to ‘get my prayers in’ or benefit from any possible indulgences… I can tell I need a lot of work. I’m SURE you are correct…and I’m CERTAIN Jesus would want this from us. What else could be more important than silence or prayer with Jesus (and the Trinity) in our heart for a Catholic soul?”

Then, my friend goes on to speak about the daily Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at her parish and when comparing it to extended time praying in Holy Communion, she says:

“…But I can see that the Reception of Jesus into our Hearts is immeasurably more profound”; then, she concludes by saying how “interestingly,” her parish priests have recently started “to allow at least five minutes of silence after the communion reception for that very reason… to devote that time to Jesus.”

Now, I want to say that yes, when you start this practice, you will experience distracting thoughts—both your own and temptations from satan, because trust me, he does not want anyone to worship Our Lord in this way—it will be his defeat by man. So, you may recognize that you might not be able to meditate for thirty minutes the first time. This is OK, just try with a shorter duration of time and build up from there. I started out by spending at least fifteen minutes simply because of the fact that the Sacred Host remains in our bodies at least for that amount of time. So, spending fifteen minutes was important for me. However, I would love to “challenge” people to spend more time and to “beat” my two hour personal record. I would love to see people aim for a regular hour of silent worship in Holy Communion after Holy Mass for the churches that remain open to the people.

Also, I want people to know that the Lord will help you if you strive to spend this intimate time with Him. Allow Him to shower you with His Divine Love through intimate graces. Although it is hard for me to speak about this, because it is so private, but in the beginning, I would experience the gift of tears, surges of love, and profound peace in my soul. And as you become closer to Him in Divine Union, your romance with the Lord just gets better and better.

I also want to say that when it comes to meditation, in the beginning, I would think often about and praise Our Lord for His Passion and His Life on earth. I would also think about and share with Him all the things that I would love to do with Him when I make it to Heaven someday. I also would praise Him in my own words for all of Creation, similar to the Canticle of the Sun by Saint Francis of Assisi and the Psalms of King David from Sacred Scripture.

But, seriously, the best prayer for me, because I am a simple person, is just saying, “I love You” with all my heart to the Lord over and over again. This is besides the deep silence in love that Our Lord craves from us, so He can minister to our souls. And so, one day, as you are adoring Him in Holy Communion, who knows, the Lord may say “I love you” back.

As warriors of Truth, live according to Holy Love. Do not look so much into the hearts of others, but scrutinize your own faults. Seek to improve yourselves in humility. Become devoted to leading lives of humility, for this is your path of purification and sanctification. Do not disappoint Me by presuming it is your right to correct everyone around you. Concentrate on your own walk in holiness.”

“I can only use you to your fullest if you are living in Holy Love. Do not allow the enemy of your souls to talk you out of Holy Love. Your support of the Truth begins with opening your eyes in humility as to where you stand before Me.”

My child, it is time for all My Remnant to let prayer be life to you. Your prayers need to be sincere and from your heart. Every prayer is heard. I am with you always. Talk to Me, walk with Me. Love is your greatest gift to give to others. Your prayers can save souls. There are so many in the world in which you live that are unloved. Your prayers for them and kindness can change their life. My children are precious and each and every person on earth is in My heavenly plan. So many are starving, some from food and others, who no one loves or cares about, are starving from neglect. When I place someone in your life, take the time to know them. With your love and faith and prayers, you can change their life. You are all on a path to eternal life. Take the time to help others so they can walk with you. They can see your example and also come to Me. When you show others you really care about them, you are being Me to them. Even the ones you have never met before, when you just give someone a nod or a smile, the kindness will spread. When you put others before yourself, you are putting Me first in your life. By your example, you can help bring My children home to Me. I love and bless you, for I am your Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

My child, you can see how fast the days are passing. A day turns into a week or a week into a month and before you realize it, another year is over. I want My children to be prepared. You must understand the times in which you live. You each were put on this earth at this time to serve Me and help Me. By your faith and love for others, your unity of My children grows. Do not be afraid of anything. Did I not assure you of My power? You are all learning now to live in My Presence. Come to Me often. Discuss everything with Me; every problem, every concern, every decision you make. I wait for My children every day to come to Me, to think of Me, and realize I am there for you. As soon as you do, I send you many graces and help you with everything you share with Me. Come to Me every day in prayer. I remain with you, for I am your God and Father, and I will not leave you. The times in which you live are not easy. Evil and darkness are everywhere, but I am with you and I want My faithful ones to remain calm and have peace. I realize you grow tired but I also know, by your faith and love, you are full of determination to continue on. You realize I am in control and I am coming to destroy all evil. I will bring My faithful ones to a New Heaven and Earth. I will give each and every child a chance to come home to Me. Heaven is real. There is no bitterness or pain or sorrow. While you are on earth, you can have a taste of Heaven. Your love and prayers bring you in close union with Me. I will place you in My Sacred Heart and you will be safe and loved. Prepare, My faithful ones, for I am coming. I love and bless you, for I am your Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

My dear one, as a small child, even I was entirely dependent on My Mother Mary. I want all of God’s children to follow My example and submit yourselves to your Holy Mother Mary. She is the one chosen by God, your Father, to be My Mother. Place everything in Her hands and be dependent on Her to help you in everything in your daily life. She will help you pray. She is a loving Mother and will help you without a moment’s hesitation. You will draw many blessings upon yourself. Renew your Consecration to Me through Her from time to time. Take Her hand, ask Her to mold you into Her child. She will fill you with grace. Do you realize God, your Father, has entrusted Her to the distribution of His graces to His children? By the Holy Spirit, I was conceived in Mother Mary’s womb and She was filled with grace, and I am full of grace and truth. My Mother wishes to form each child and fill you with grace and bring you closer to Me, Her Son. Pray and ask Her to teach you humility and how to live in the Will of God and accept Divine Providence and fill you with the grace of God. Love My Mother, as I have loved Her. I love and bless you, for I am your Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

My dear little one, when I come as your Jesus of Love and Mercy, each and every child of God’s will realize how much they are loved and cherished. Every person has the right to be unique, to be an individual with human dignity. Each one will understand they were created by God their Father and they were not meant to be unloved or unwanted. The cry of My children who were killed before coming into the world has been heard by their God. Life belongs to God and no one has the right to destroy it. So many of My children have been abused and unloved. My children will realize they do not have to search for Me, because I am in each one. They will know how much I continually love them, like the ocean waves, it never stops. All will be given a chance to come to Me and repent and be forgiven. All who come with love and a sincere heart will be made new. I paid the price on My Holy Cross for each one and I would do it all over again to bring one back to Me. My little one, My children need to take each day as a special gift. Take the time to realize how special life is and enjoy the gift of all a day can bring for you. You must understand, without Me, there is no life. I am the one that gave each one life. Take time each day to love. I am love. Let Me enter your heart. Put your life in My hands. Find My love within you so you can give love to others. Love is not found in hate or gossip. It is not found in closing your heart to others. Love is found in giving of yourself to others. Your world is so busy and most have so much they want to do. They let the day go by and never take the time to realize how special the gift of another day is. Open your eyes, children. See the sun rise, see the beautiful sky, flowers and trees. I created so much beauty for My children to enjoy. Most of all, take time to show the people I have placed in your life, how much you care. Listen to them, pray with them, and be there for one another. I am the Father, you are My children. I want all to love one another. I have to drop My Hand on a world that loves sin. Killing must stop! I will give all mankind a warning. I will send My Holy Spirit to enlighten each one to their sins. I will show you the path you must follow to inherit the Kingdom of your God. For, if you follow the world and sin, your path will lead to hell. My Hand of Justice must fall. I must cleanse the world of all evil, so then, My children who follow Me shall have true peace and love. Evil and sin will be washed away forever. Trust in Me and remember, when you think of Me or talk to Me, you are in prayer. Prayer is communicating with your God. The more you pray, the more you will understand My Ways, the way of love. Make your life a prayer. Offer each day to Me, all your successes and failures. Your lives will be a sacrifice of love to Me. Live in My Presence. My dear one, today is your daughter’s fifty-second birthday. To you, she is still your little girl you want to love and protect. She is a good wife, mother, and grandmother, for she was raised in love and knows how to give love. I have blessed your life with so many to love. When I come, My children will know love beyond any you could know on earth. Nothing on earth prepares a person for the love that I will give to each one when they encounter their Jesus of Love and Mercy. My children will experience an enormous sense of peace, love, and joy. And, each one will be engulfed by a total feeling of love. You will be given clarity and understand and realize what a gift life is and how you were always surrounded by your God and Father, Jesus, and your Holy Mother and loving spiritual beings. The Ascension of Our Lord

My love and all My beloved children, this is your Mother from Heaven. This is the Ascension of My Son into Heaven and it is a special day for all Christians. Please pray and thank Jesus and all of Heaven for all they give to all of Our children. Some of Our children are starting to think and believe there is something to the messages that Heaven has been giving for years. My remnant faithful have believed for some time now, but a lot of Our other children are starting to see that the world is running out of answers without God in their lives.

Keep praying that all My children will start turning to the Holy Spirit and also pray more to get to Heaven. We need many more faithful prayer warriors and religious to get all the natural disasters to slow down. As My Son and I have told all Our Children, you cannot live like animals and be treated as faithful children of God. Many of God’s children are starting to see that the power of the world and satan, and sins of the flesh cannot do anything good for the world. Satan’s only power is taking the good from God and turning it into garbage to destroy all God’s beautiful children.

Children, please wake up from your sleep and look what your sins of the flesh and abortion have led the world to. God is letting satan have his time to let the people of the world see what sins of the flesh are leading you to, it is total destruction of the whole world and God’s children. Please wake up and start following the Ten Commandments and you will see peace in your heart and then in the world again. The time is now and is here for God to permit His justice until people are on their knees begging God to forgive them for not following God’s laws, the Ten Commandments. Satan’s laws of doing anything you want are destroying your souls. This is all I can say to My children now. Most people know the truth but do not want to live God’s Will, but by living their own will they will lose everything they have. Love the Mother of God with a Sorrowful Heart.

Man possesses spiritual greatness, within which are to be found the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Now is the precise moment for you to extract that Divine nectar from each Gift of the Holy Spirit, so that with the depth of each Gift you renew your commitment to the Divine Will – that which, being creatures of God, you have to fulfill.

Try and find a quiet place where you can communicate with Me and we can be together. Prayer will bring you peace. Ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten you and talk to Me. Even though I know what you are living through, I am ready to listen and help you. I want to share everything with you. I want you to get to know Me and develop total trust in Me. Come sit with Me. I find great happiness being with you. Since the beginning of time, I only desired one thing; to make Myself known and loved by you. I wait each day for you to come. I am really here in the Tabernacle waiting to love you. I know how busy each one is, but if you knew the blessing and graces I have waiting for you, you would not be too busy for Me. My children, time is short, the days are passing quickly, make your soul ready to welcome your Jesus. Share your life with Me and let Me lead you to Eternal Life. My dear, dear children, I come today as you are joined in prayer. I come with St. Joseph, St. Anne, and My dear Son, Jesus. I want to tell you of the joy you have all filled our hearts with. To be with My little children who love and worship My Son is so very special. You gather together to pray to My Son as the Child Jesus. Oh, what joy this gives us, for we were with our Jesus when He was a small child. You all love your children and grandchildren. Your hearts are full of joy when they return their love to you. You, also, remember the little things they do. What joy when they tell you how much they love you. So, you understand the joy it gives Me to hear your prayers of love and devotion to My Son, who lived and died for each one. St. Anne is Jesus’s grandmother. Her love for Him is a gift all grandmothers should give to their grandchildren. Pray, for She will intercede for you and help you. My Dear St. Joseph was chosen by God, the Father, to be a good and loving father to Jesus. He taught Him to work with wood out of love, and had joy and pride, watching Him grow, just as all the good and devoted fathers do for their children. I am so happy for us to be able to share this prayer time with you, as you pray for My Son’s Love and Mercy and meditate on His Passion. I hear you all pray your Holy Rosary that is My gift to each one, so you would understand the life of My Son while He was on earth. And, after you pray, you are all blessed to receive Him in Holy Communion. Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

Recently, on May 30th, I had a footnote with the following blog post:

And in the footnote, I remarked that it looked like President Donald Trump was finally making the move on the deep state in the Federal government, because he talked in the news about how he was ordering the Russia election probe documents to be declassified and spoke about acts of treason for those involved. I also suggested that if this was true, there would be repercussions in not only politics, but the financial markets.

However, I could not understand why after Trump spoke about this on the news, how nothing appeared to happen. It just seemed like the news was dropped and buried. I thought to myself, well, maybe it is because Trump is traveling in Europe, we are not seeing anything about this serious matter in the news. I did not understand, but then, I saw the following broadcast on Infowars and realized what is happening now.

On the broadcast, Alex Jones of Infowars speaks about how there is an attempted coup taking place right now against Trump, where the deep state is trying to remove Trump by saying that he is mentally ill (according to the 25th Constitutional Amendment). I have followed Alex Jones off and on for a number of years and I find him credible in alternative media. So, what Alex says about the deep state actions, I find very plausible. Alex’s assertions are also very aligned to the prophecies that I follow, especially, Jesus’ messages to John Leary (http://www.johnleary.com).

Although the full video on InfoWars is excellent, it is almost 3 hours long. So, I want to say a couple of things. Firstly, if you have limited time, you can get the gist of the broadcast about the attempted coup by watching the first 45 minutes.  Secondly, you should know that Alex is very frank and speaks his mind about things so he uses colorful language at times–for example, speaking about what he thinks about evil-minded people.

Also, at 2:10:00 minutes, Alex Jones starts to get religious on the show, praying to Jesus–which is a good thing–but, then he starts talking about how extremely evil the world has gotten, and speaks about abortion horrors and begins to cry. Alex speaks about God’s Justice and it is a very emotional segment. He also shows a graphic video of an abortion horror. So, if you are sensitive to this, please do not watch the full show.

In conclusion, I want to address why I am sharing this video on this blog, MaryRefugeOfHolyLove. The main reason is to increase awareness of real, bona-fide true news and not fake news that is being passed off on so many media channels today. I find Infowars to be a good source, which I relied upon during the 2016 presidential election and, God-willing, will rely upon again for the next.

Also, I hope to be able to write Alex Jones to give him hope about God’s Plan for us. He has a very difficult job dealing with such evil everyday as a journalist fighting against the globalists. I am hoping that if he learns about the Warning (Illumination of Conscience) and refuges, that it will lift up his spirits knowing that God is providing for us in these End Times.

However, I am also hoping that some blog followers will contact him, too, to share this information with him. Because, unfortunately, as Alex runs a media company with a hundred employees, chances are if I am the only person who writes him, the information will not get passed on. But, if a few people write him, maybe he will learn more about the events of Garabandal and who knows what could happen, as he is a journalist seeking truth.

He has his own candidates who support his own policies. He plants the seed of selfish ambition successfully in hearts which are seated in the forefront. Such as these hunger for power and recognition.”
