Blessings dearest ones,

Firstly, I want to share with everyone that I have been quite busy since April (Holy Week) 2023. I am working on a special project for Papa God that I hope to release soon on this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls. I cannot reveal the subject of this special project yet, but I can share that it is very important and will have far-reaching implications, impacting all people living today. I ask for prayers for this special project and I thank everyone in advance for your spiritual support.

Secondly, recently, in the course of working on my special project, the Holy Spirit impressed upon me certain thoughts regarding the future vitality of the refuges that all the good children of God will be living at during the reign of the antichrist. And I feel called to speak to you all about these thoughts and to ask everyone who follows this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, for a very important intention to remember in their daily prayers.

Now, if you have been following the heavenly messages on this blog, especially, to mystic, Luz de Maria, you may have picked up on the fact that there will be a technological “blackout” in humanity’s future. This massive blackout will be devastating for much of mankind. This is due to so much of modern life being dependent on technology and a functional worldwide electrical grid.

Beloved ones, I must tell you that there are elites running the world in shadow governments that parallel actual governments in many countries. These shadow governments run illicit operations and are secretly funded by over-bloated defense budgets in many countries that are not properly held accountable by our political leaders. Moreover, these shadow governments engage in top secret defense operations involving advanced “exotic” technology gathered from cooperating with demons. Specifically, the demons pose as extraterrestrial beings (aliens) with benevolent intentions towards mankind. These demons represent themselves as alien “saviors” who have come to help mankind take the next step of its “evolution” as part of an intergalactic and interstellar community. And the demons swap advanced exotic technologies in exchange for the free will cooperation of the elites who set up economic and political systems for the eventual worldwide enslavement of all humanity under the antichrist.

I know that what I have written here may seem fantastical, incredible, and unbelievable to some readers. But what may sound like a “conspiracy theory”, sadly, is the reality of the global situation. I am not going to debate it or go into great details about this, as the only reason that I point this out, is because I want to speak about advanced exotic technology that the elites possess and we — the good children of God — do not have access to. I share with you all that during the future technological blackout — when all the power sources and electrical grid goes down — it is these exotic alien-derived technologies that the antichrist will use to control and manipulate people utilizing the mark of the beast (embedded physical microchip). The mark of the beast will dictate the “haves” and the “have-nots”, as only those with the mark of the beast will have access to food and water, but also access to the exotic technologies that will power and heat homes and continue to fuel the world economy.

Beloved ones, one of the many advanced exotic technologies that the elites possess from the demons is “cold fusion” technology.

Cold fusion technology is NOT nuclear fission technology.

Cold fusion technology generates thousands of times more energy than nuclear-derived fission technology. Cold fusion is similar to the process of how our Sun generates light and warmth for earth. In cold fusion, through a series of reactions, hydrogen is fused together to create helium and energy is generated as a byproduct. Cold fusion is very safe — being totally non-threatening to humans, animals, and nature — and takes place at room temperature. It costs almost nothing to make being at the fraction of the costs of generating comparable nuclear fission energy. It costs mere pennies to power homes because it uses hydrogen — the most abundant element in the universe and is found in water molecules.

In contrast, nuclear fission technology that mankind currently uses for nuclear power plants and atomic bombs is highly dangerous and highly lethal. Nuclear fission technology, which man created, occurs when uranium or plutonium explodes at critical mass that perpetuates a chain reaction. Nuclear fission technology also destroys the environment for many generations due to toxic radioactive byproducts.

The promising development of cold fusion technology is in its infancy among the common scientific community. However, among those in the illicit defense black-ops projects, the elites (with the help of demons) have perfected the development of cold fusion for their sinister reasons for mastery over the world population. And this development is tragic, because cold fusion technology is a clean, safe, and essentially free source of unlimited energy that holds the desirable promise of potentially lifting up billions of people out of severe famine and extreme poverty throughout the world. But those who suppress advanced cold fusion technology are the same evil men who have deep pockets with global financial interests in maintaining a worldwide war-driven economic infrastructure based on fossil fuels and other commodities, that would utterly collapse if cold fusion became widely known and utilized by all of mankind. Sadly, it is a positive paradigm shift that the elites do not want to happen on earth unless it is very carefully manipulated by them under control of the antichrist.

Now, dearest ones, I want to share with you why I am writing this commentary. It has been pressed upon my heart that the children of God need to earnestly pray to Papa God and Jesus to give cold fusion technology to all the refuges. That this is a very important intention that needs to be prayed for daily by all refuge owners and all those who hope to live in safety at the refuges someday during the Great Tribulation (Apocalypse). For God to bless all refuges so they will have their energy needs met to run their refrigerators, freezers, ovens, sewing machines, etc., and the ability to power lights, heat water, and generate heat during wintertime and use cooling systems during summertime. Cold fusion technology would also make possible tractor-driven farming, etc. Finally, cold fusion technology is totally self-contained, meaning, refuges can have all their energy needs met while being totally independent from each other and remaining off-the-grid. It is not dependent on variable resources like sunlight or fossil fuels. For example, a cup of water could provide enough energy to power a modern residential home for a year.

Note, have you ever wondered how the elevators will run in the future skyscraper that the holy angels will build to accommodate the 5,000 people on the refuge land of Prophet John Leary and his wife? It is certainly conceivable that it will function by using cold fusion technology(!).

Also, as I have been writing this commentary, the Holy Spirit pressed upon my heart another prayer intention.

I believe that many of you may be familiar with the Caritas Community in Alabama (USA). They run the largest Medjugorje apostolate in the world and the most comprehensive website dedicated to the Medjugorje apparitions of Our Holy Mother. They also broadcast regular radio shows promoting the monthly message of Our Holy Mother. Caritas has also built an impressive technological infrastructure on their two properties so that they can be at the forefront of sharing globally the Ten Secrets of Medjugorje when they are revealed.

Beloved ones, we need to pray for the success of the worldwide mission of Caritas and that Papa God will grant them all the advanced technologies needed for the success of their Medjugorje ministry.

For example, devoted followers of this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, know that once the six and a half weeks reprieve after the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience) has ended, that everyone must get rid of all internet connected technology, including computers, televisions, cell phones, and other devices, etc. This is because ALL TECHNOLOGY will be used by the antichrist for enslavement and worldwide domination once satan and all the demons are released when hell becomes unlocked again.

However, I have always known that Caritas has a critical mission when it comes to delivering the Ten Secrets of Medjugorje at their future appointed unveiling, especially, the first three Secrets which involve special “warnings” for the entire world. I have also known that one of the six Medjugorje visionaries will continue to receive heavenly messages for the whole world after the Great Warning has happened. Finally, I have also known that Caritas would be acting somehow as a “headquarters” for disseminating heavenly messages from other chosen messengers and other developments of the Divine Plan throughout the refuge network. However, until now, I just did not understand how everything regarding Caritas would come together according to God’s Supreme Will.

Dearest ones, I know that this will sound like science-fiction from Star Trek or Star Wars, but truly, there exists advanced exotic technology that involves cloaking objects and sound wave transmissions, as well as advanced “jamming” technology that can hide the originating source of communicative devices. I share this, because it is really important that we pray that Papa God and Jesus will provide these technologies to Caritas for the overall success of the Divine Plan. That way, Caritas can continue to share their radio broadcasts throughout the refuge network during the Great Tribulation, including the Ten Secrets of Medjugorje. That way, Caritas can also continue to broadcast their programs to the outside world, especially, the first three “warning” Secrets to undecided people still caught in the crosshairs of the battle for souls and whose souls can still be salvaged by God. All of this being done for the Glory of God totally undetected by the antichrist, satan, and hell to their greater frustration.

Brothers and sisters, I hope that you are excited about these technological possibilities and will sincerely pray for them as part of your daily intentions. Refuge life will be very hard but utilizing cold fusion technology can certainly improve the standard of living from being most difficult. And having access to other advanced technologies can certainly advance the Divine Plan so the maximum number of souls will be saved by the Grace of God.

Finally, as people may have questions, I want to address why it is necessary that we must pray for these blessed gifts from God. For people may say that surely God would provide everything that we need to survive at the refuges?

Yes and no. Beloved ones, we want to not only survive, but thrive living at the refuges. Faith and trust in God, as well as free will, are all key components for thriving at the refuges. Our first parents, Adam and Eve, desired to be like God and to possess all the accompanying gifts but without the help of their Creator in their lives. That will be the situation of the world seeking these advanced exotic technologies under the regime of the antichrist and persuasion of satan and hell.

Such a perverse mentality is not for the children of God. Salvation is meant to be a loving partnership between the creature and the Creator. We must also never take God for granted. Regarding prayer, Sacred Scriptures teaches us that we must be like the persistent widow with our intentions, both deliberate and earnest, so that God will grant our most ardent hopes and desires.

In conclusion, I believe that I have been blessed by the Holy Spirit with these inspirational thoughts for all of us at this particular moment as we are ever-closer to the time of the refuges and Great Tribulation (Apocalypse). I firmly believe that God and Heaven desires to bestow these precious gifts to His faithful children if only we ask for them. Because, trust me, these are not topics that I usually think about and honestly, I am not smart enough to even think this way about God’s Merciful Love and His Generosity towards us. It is beyond my mental capacity to think that BIG about things. God, on the other hand, I have realized always thinks on a massively, grandiose scale and He Is always into the details.

Blessings dearly beloved ones,

TTEN did a wonderful interview of a very holy priest, Father Albert Haase, that I would like to highlight in this blog post. Firstly, here is a brief biography of dear Father:

Ordained a Franciscan priest in 1983, Albert Haase, OFM, is a popular preacher, teacher, spiritual director and guest on talk radio shows. A former missionary to mainland China for more than eleven years, he is the award-winning author of fourteen books on popular spirituality and the presenter on five best-selling DVDs. For me, I was not familiar with dear Father. But, now that I have watched this interview, there are so many books that he has authored that I want to read! The interview starts out with dear Father speaking about his missionary works through the Franciscan order to mainland China. Then, he speaks about how he got introduced to writing books on the spiritual life (15 total books so far) and the themes of many of his books sounded really intriguing. The remarkable aspect of dear Father’s writings is that he is a very good “bridge” writer, as he is able to find common ground with Protestant Christians thereby introducing them to Catholic spirituality. There is also a free program that dear Father did with a Protestant minister that sounded really interesting to watch and I plan to take advantage of. It is called, “At Home Retreat with the Lord’s Prayer” and can be found on YouTube.

As you watch the interview, it is very obvious that dear Father is a very joyful priest who takes his teachings very much to heart. There were several words of wisdom that I gleaned from his talk that I continue to ponder about the Blessed Virgin Mary, the mysteries of God, and advice on how to become a saint by living heroic virtue.

The following prophetic dream from a Brazilian nun comes through two very reputable Catholic prophecy sources: AfterTheWarning.com and YouTube channel: Mother and Refuge of the End Times. I have included a link below to the original English translation website and the original Brazilian Portuguese source is Lucas Gelasio who is a well-respected Brazilian Catholic prophecy researcher.

As I was reading this prophetic account, I asked Our Lord, Jesus Christ, if this nun’s dream was genuine and Jesus immediately confirmed its authenticity to me “a soul”. Also, Jesus reminded me of a related prophecy that was given to Catholic seer, Luz de Maria, back in 2017, which I recently rediscovered due to an important project that I am doing for Papa God. I did not understand the prophecy given to Luz de Maria, but now that I have discerned this nun’s dream (2023), both prophecies make sense together and seem to be speaking about the same event (global rainbow).

A BRAZILIAN NUN’S DREAM

A few months ago a Northeastern [Brazil] nun contacted me, after talking to her superior. She [wanted to] ask me to help her discern if some phenomena occurring in her life was of divine origin.

In the dream, she was in the monastery, sitting, talking to two other sisters. One of them was startled and pointed to a tall window. Outside, where no one would reach, there was a young man about fifteen years old, dressed as an altar boy, with a red tunic and white surplice.

The nun stood up and, along with a sister, approached the window. Her friend asked, “Who are you?” He turned to the other nun and, with a fixed look, replied:

“– I come from Purgatory. I was an altar boy in life and came with God’s permission to reveal to you that there is a catastrophic event about to affect the world. It will cause great pains to all humanity. But do not be afraid, the Lord tells you that He is with you.”

“Before that event happens, there will be a huge rainbow, which will be seen around the world. It will be the sign announcing the tribulation but [it will also signal] the hope that the Lord is with you. This event is part of the end of times.”

Then she woke up. It was about ten minutes to midnight. Shocked, she began to pray and grabbed her Bible. She asked her guardian angel:

“If this dream is a truth that was revealed to me, I pray confirm it when you want, through the Word of God.”

Immediately and clearly, the answer came to her heart: “I confirm it, open [your Bible] now!” Obeying, she opened the Bible right on Matthew 24.

The revelation narrated here reminded me of the prophecy of Our Lady of Garabandal about a phenomenon in the sky that, according to the seer Conchita [Gonzalez], its name will start with the letter “A” and will be seen all over the world. My Movie Review: ‘Sound of Freedom’

I, “a soul” of MaryRefugeOfSouls, was able to watch the film, ‘Sound of Freedom’, yesterday in the movie theater and I want to give my honest thoughts about the film for those who are ‘on the fence’ about watching it. It is an amazing movie and I do not want people to be afraid of seeing it, because the subject matter — child trafficking — is a very deep and very emotional topic to be exposed to. However, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is that every person watch this film. This movie explores a very difficult topic in a brilliant manner, paving the way to more open and needed public discussion, which will hopefully result in the end of this modern day slavery in our country and around the world. It is definitely a movie that lingers with you days later as your psyche reflects upon and copes with what you have seen. It is also a movie that every parent should watch, because knowledge is empowering, especially, in this subject matter. In reading the many comments regarding the film, this is a movie that makes many grown men — that never show their emotions — makes them publicly cry. This is also a movie that many elderly persons in their late 80s — who have not been to the cinema theater in decades — come out to watch because they want to be supportive of this important cause for children.

Firstly, I want people to know that in the film, you never see the child actors being harmed or abused in any way. The producers worked really hard to protect the innocence of the children acting in the film. The parents of all the children involved were on set throughout the production. In truth, while the children may have known the film was about kidnapping, the children did not know the nature of the child trafficking involving sexual abuse. Also, the scenes are “suggestive” about any child abuse, leaving it to the viewers’ imagination what might be happening next by fading out and cutting away at those “suggestive” parts. You never hear cries for help or screaming during those fade out scenes. I am being very detailed in telling you all this, because I know that people’s concerns about what they may be exposed to may detract people from viewing this film. I also want people to know this, because while the abuse scenes are merely suggestive, it still might affect people who are sensitive or who may have been traumatized in their past at the hands of others.

I want to share with you all that I never saw the movie Mel Gibson’s ‘Passion of the Christ’ starring Jim Caviezel, because I knew that I would be too traumatized by all the lifelike violence of witnessing a dramatization of the Crucifixion. In contrast, the ‘Sound of Freedom’ was not at all at the level of brutality that I imagine the ‘Passion of the Christ’ to be. I could handle the ‘Sound of Freedom’ and I would be willing to watch it again if I knew of others who would like to see it with me. Also, I know that they have a script for another movie if this first one proves successful and honestly, I would have no problem watching a sequel or series of movies on this topic, because the script, directing and acting are so well done. I think that this is a very serious topic that must be heard and addressed by the people and our leaders. So, I definitely want to continue to be supportive of this important movement to protect the children.

The acting is superb. Jim Caviezel has very expressive eyes which convey a lot of his interior emotions as he portrays the main character, Tim Ballard. There was one scene in particular that Jim does that really stayed with me. It is a scene that Jim actually ad-libs — he actually adds a line that was not part of the original script — which is the bible verse where Jesus warns that it would be better to be drowned by a millstone tied around one’s neck rather than to hurt a child (“little one”). It is a very powerful moment when Jim says it. However, the actor that I was really impressed by was Bill Camp who plays the supporting character, Vampiro. I will not spoil it for anyone, but he is really, very good, and I think the director and producer chose excellent actors for the various parts, including the monstrous villains.

Overall, I agree with other critics that the ‘Sound of Freedom’ is a masterpiece. I say this, because child trafficking is a very hard subject to tackle for a movie and it is really a make or break thing. All the elements of the movie have to come together perfectly, otherwise, it will fall flat on its face, be panned, and have no credibility at all. But, the ‘Sound of Freedom’ fully delivers on all accounts and because this topic is so difficult and divisive to present adequately cinematically, this movie really is a masterpiece and deserves to be called that.

However, whereas many people are stating this movie is a 10 out of 10, honestly, I can only give the ‘Sound of Freedom’ a 9.5 out of 10. Although I will say that I feel bad that I cannot give it a perfect score. Why only a 9.5? It is because the producers billed this movie as being based on the real life of former federal agent, Tim Ballard, when in reality, it is more “inspired by” rather than being based on a “literal” story of events in Tim’s life fighting child trafficking. So, it is definitely not a dramatized documentary, as many scenes are fictional. I was actually very relieved to know this, as towards the end, there is a violent scene involving an altercation with a drug kingpin and its outcome is a bit troubling to me if it had really happened in real life. So, I am very happy to know that those scenes were completely fictionalized by the scriptwriters. However, I think it would have been much better if the producers advertised the film as a dramatization inspired by Tim’s life rather than saying it is based on true life events in Tim’s life. I understand that they do not want to downplay the gravity of child trafficking but at the same time, I felt that scene was a “negative” tarnishing the otherwise wholesome, brave reputation of Tim Ballard who truly is a hero and man of godly integrity.

In conclusion, I want to share with you the bible verse that is engraved on the necklace that Tim Ballard actually received from a child whom he rescued from human trafficking. In the movie you see the necklace given to Tim but the viewers are not told which bible verse it is. It is actually a bible verse that incorporates his first name and is very prophetic as to the mission that he would be undertaking in the future by starting a worldwide organization to fight child trafficking. Here is the scripture:

1 Timothy 6:11
“But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.”

Heads Up:
AMC Theater chain may be trying to sabotage the showing of the ‘Sound of Freedom’ movie nationwide by turning off air conditioning only in the rooms which are featuring this film, claiming the units are ‘broken’ so they have an excuse to refund tickets automatically. They are also claiming broken down equipment so the movie cannot be projected onto the screen and doing last minute switching to smaller rooms so they have more excuses to refund tickets. People are complaining about this happening in multiple theaters in multiple states on social media (Tik Tok, Twitter, and Reddit).

This is so shameful!!!

It is rare for me to promote films as I rarely go to movie theaters and I do not watch television. So, I do not follow Hollywood and I am very careful about video clips that I watch on YouTube. However, I became aware of this new film called, Sound of Freedom, that stars Catholic actor, Jim Caviezel, and is trying to raise awareness about child trafficking. And I know that Our Lord, Jesus Christ, wants me to promote this film to all of you who follow this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, because He told me so when I was watching different interviews.

So, I hope that you will support this very important movie and spread awareness of it to as many people as possible, as it can be an instrumental tool and catalyst in bringing down the child trafficking cartels worldwide.

In this blog post, I “a soul” would like to share with you, my dear followers of MaryRefugeOfSouls, one of the most remarkable miracles ever recorded on a live broadcast. It is the ACTUAL TRUE VOICE of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through a very holy priest, that takes place during the time of Consecration of the Most Holy Eucharist during Holy Mass.

The Holy Mass took place at Battery Park, New York City, as part of the World Marian Peace Regatta, on September 11, 1999. The priestly celebrant is Father Gerard McGinnity, who is a very holy Irish priest and spiritual director of visionary, Christina Gallagher. During the recording, the Holy Voice of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, Is heard TWICE during the Consecration of the Sacred Host and the Most Precious Blood, at the moments when the Eucharistic Species Are lifted up for Presentation to God the Father by the priest.

It is very remarkable because Father McGinnity speaks with an Irish accent, so it is very distinct and very clear when Jesus speaks through him as the Holy Voice of Jesus sounds so different from dear father. Also, right before the two miracles take place, you can witness the Holy Spirit overshadowing him, as dear father trembles holding the Consecrated Host and the Holy Chalice in his hands before Jesus speaks through him.

Truly, these two video recordings should be shared with everyone, as they are certainly an awesome testimony and faith builder in the Real Presence of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the Most Holy Eucharist, as well as the authenticity of the Holy Mass found in the Catholic Church, and the importance of devotion to Our Holy Mother, Mary.

For the latest TTEN interview, we have the well-known holy priest and exorcist, Father Dan Reehil(!). Truly, it seems like TTEN host, Gianna Talone-Sullivan, has been hitting a “home run” by interviewing lately many well-respected priests who clearly are in love with the Lord and are “on fire” in furthering His Divine Kingdom on earth. For me, I especially enjoy watching interviews with holy priests, because their zeal for Jesus is so genuine and so palpable — their words are really inspirational.

This TTEN interview is no exception as it is a very high caliber. Father Dan shares with us a bit of his background and how he ended up in deliverance ministry, specifically, with performing exorcisms in his diocese of Nashville, Tennessee. In these types of interviews, I really appreciate hearing about dear father’s encounters with the demonic, because I know that I learn by example — especially, do’s and don’ts. For example, dear Father spent some time discussing cursed objects, which I thought was a very important topic.

In this interview, I really appreciated Father Dan’s instructions on how to protect oneself from demonic influence. The first instruction is to have a “fully engaged” sacramental life. This is because the power to defeat the demonic rests in the Holy Sacraments, especially, Confession. By being “fully engaged”, dear Father emphasizes that people need to adequately prepare themselves for reception of the Holy Sacraments, whether it is Holy Mass or Confession, by being fully cognizant participants. For example, not letting your mind wander during Holy Mass or spending adequate time doing an examination of conscience before Confession with a priest.

The second instruction of Father Dan is his recommendation that people lead a devotional life, because it is the usage of sacramentals that really capture people’s hearts. Also, it is through adoration that people truly fall in love with the Lord. Dear Father also reminds us that while people will be impressed by the devil’s antics in demonic possession, such behavior is just the devil’s “bells and whistles”. This is because 99% of the time what sends people to hell is giving into temptations and not demonic oppression or possession, etc.

Lastly, while Father Dan has high regard for established prayers like Psalm 91 and the Breastplate of Saint Patrick, he also states that freeform prayers are excellent as well, because God delights in us approaching Him like little children. I appreciated dear Father saying this, because sometimes, people can get so caught up in doing formulaic prayers that they forget that the whole purpose of prayer is to become closer to God. So prayer is very much about the intentions of one’s heart and not simply reciting a rote number of formulaic prayers.

I hope that you all enjoy this latest TTEN interview, which actually went by quickly for me. I also hope that Gianna gets the opportunity to interview dear Father Dan again in the near future, because there are so many topics that can be explored when speaking with an exorcist, etc.

Saint Joseph, pray for us!

Recently, I, “a soul”, was really encouraged by something a dear blog follower said to me. This dear follower has been striving to implement all the holy practices that I have shared with her privately and on this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls. She told me that they have greatly helped her by increasing her faith and deepening her personal holiness. So, I feel encouraged to share with you all some of the advice that I have imparted to her, so that you, too, may be blessed as well.

First point, I advised her to always face the Holy Tabernacle before she says her prayers. Even if you cannot be physically before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, at least, spiritually, you can be before Him, by mentally, picturing yourself before Him in the Holy Tabernacle closest to where you are praying. And I know that He delights in people doing this holy practice, because, as God, He knows that mentally and spiritually, you are keeping Him company which He longs for, especially, during nighttime hours, enclosed within the Holy Tabernacle.

Second point, due to time constraints, she cannot spend much time doing Internal Adoration when she receives Jesus in Sacramental Holy Communion. So, I recommended that she commit to doing daily 30 minutes of Internal Adoration by Spiritual Communion at home, in addition to her daily Holy Masses.

Internal Adoration is a holy practice that I encourage people commit to doing during Holy Communion. Basically, it means spending time adoring the Real Presence of Jesus dwelling within your soul at Holy Communion. It is inward-focused prayer where you block out all distractions and outside noise, eyes closed, totally focused on worshipping Jesus within yourself, while continuing to kneel instead of sitting on the pews at the end of Holy Mass. I recommend that people spend at least 15 minutes in Internal Adoration since that is the usual number of minutes it takes for a Consecrated Sacred Host to dissolve within your body. Personally, though, I spend between 30 minutes to 2 hours in Internal Adoration whenever I receive Holy Communion at every Holy Mass that I attend. I also credit Internal Adoration and frequent Sacramental Confession — which I have done for many years — as the reasons for any personal holiness that I may have gained.

Spiritual Communion has the same efficacy (power of graces) as Sacramental Communion, except the Most Holy Eucharist Is invisible, as it is being presented to you by a holy angel who has taken a Consecrated Sacred Host from a nearby Holy Tabernacle at a local church to you. So, you should receive Spiritual Communion as reverently as you receive Sacramental Communion. This means that you acknowledge that the holy angel is presenting the “Body of Christ” to you. You should say, “Lord, I love You” and “Amen”. Then you should stick out your tongue to receive the invisible Most Holy Eucharist; then if you cannot kneel at home, you should sit quietly for 30 minutes or longer, adoring Jesus dwelling within you in Internal Adoration. This is how I practice Spiritual Communion, especially, if I am watching Holy Mass online at home, etc. I have always done the actual physical actions of receiving the Sacred Host whenever I do a Spiritual Communion, not simply saying the prayer. This is because it has always been impressed upon me that an Act of Spiritual Communion Is NO DIFFERENT from an Act of Sacramental Communion. In fact, it may actually require a higher degree of faith, because you are going through all the physical movements, including swallowing the invisible Sacred Host. Oftentimes, I have had very powerful Spiritual Communions, as Jesus will talk to me as soon as the invisible Sacred Host is placed on my tongue. So, honestly, there is no difference for me between both ways of receiving Holy Communion from God, either through the hands of a priest or a holy angel.

Third point, I reminded her of how I often say my prayer intentions, especially, morning time and nighttime offering, during the Consecration of the Blessed Sacrament at Holy Mass, before Spiritual Communion, and before praying the Most Holy Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet, etc. I say:

“Lord, I pray for all the intentions of Our Holy Mother Mary, in union with all the graces earned by Jesus and Mary in their earthly lives, in union with all the prayers and graces earned by Saint Joseph and the Communion of Saints, in union with Saint Michael Archangel and all the guardian angels of the world, through the power of EVERY Consecrated Host in EVERY Holy Tabernacle throughout the world, through all the graces of the Holy Mass throughout time and eternity. I ask for all these graces to be multiplied to infinity seven times and to wrap the earth fourteen times. I also pray for all the holy intentions of Papa God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, both individually and collectively, as the Most Holy Trinity.”

Of course, I do add other intentions as well. For example, I pray for the unborn infants, the innocence of youth, priests and consecrated religious, poor souls and ghosts, etc., as well as for all those who have prayed and helped me, all people who have asked me for prayers, and all followers of the blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls (past, present, and future). I also pray to break all curses and that the gates of hell never prevail against Holy Mother Church, etc. I also offer up all my past crosses, sacrifices, and Holy Communions; all my merits earned while in sanctifying grace, all my heartbeats, smiles, laughter, and tears, etc.

However, my foundational prayer is to always pray for ALL the intentions of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph. Because whenever you pray in this way, you are praying for everything according to the Divine Will, including your own private intentions for yourself and your loved ones, etc.

Fourth point, I advised her on how to worship Jesus during Holy Communion. It is very common for people to pray with a list of requests to Jesus during Holy Communion. This is very common as people are seeking conversions for their loved ones and have material and spiritual needs. Although petitions and intercession are prayers, which are forms of communication with God and are welcome during Holy Communion, I actually urged her to strive for the higher forms of prayer towards God during Holy Communion. The highest forms of prayer are those of thanksgiving and praise of God. So, loving God for WHO He Is and not WHAT He can give us as our Creator.

I advised her that all petitions and intercessions should be surrendered to God at the moment of reception of Holy Communion. So, to give all her petitions and intercessions to God, so He can handle them according to His Divine Will, and to not take the burden of carrying them back. Note, you should be persistent in praying daily for your intentions, but I advised her that the moments of Holy Communion should be focused on praise and worship if she sought higher degrees of holiness.

Therefore, I advised her that whenever her mind begins to wander onto the petitions and intercessions that she had just surrendered to God, that she should repeat, “JESUS, I trust in You!”, as often as she needed to, so she could regain her concentration on Jesus indwelling in her soul during Sacramental and Spiritual Communion. Likewise, whenever her mind begins to wander by worldly distractions during Internal Adoration, that she should repeat, “JESUS, I love You!”, as often as she needed to, in order to regain her focus solely on Jesus during Holy Communion.

Fifth point, people may ask, what are good ways to praise, adore, and worship Our Lord in Holy Communion? Well, one solid method is to take all your surrendered intentions and to turn them into prayers of praise and thanksgivings. So, you may say things like:

“Lord, I praise You for honoring all the intentions of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I praise You for honoring all the intentions of Saint Joseph and the Communion of Saints. Lord, I praise You for saving the lost souls who died today. I praise You for saving the little unborn martyrs due to abortion. I praise You for all the poor souls admitted from purgatory into Heaven today. I praise You for the grace of Holy Mass and receiving Holy Communion, etc.”

You can also alternate your prayers using the words, thank You. So, you may pray like this:

“Lord, thank You for the gift of prayer. Thank You for the gift of my life and keeping me in a state of grace and humility before You. Thank You for my family members, my loved ones, my friends, etc. Thank you for everyone who has ever blessed me and has ever prayed for me. Thank You for everyone you place in my life – past, present, and future. Thank You for creating mankind and all the generations of my family lineage, etc.”

It is also appropriate to praise and thank God for Acts of His Goodness witnessed throughout Creation. So, you may say things like this:

“Lord, I praise and thank You for salvation history and all Your Acts of Goodness found in Sacred Scriptures, etc.” (Note, you may praise and thank God for individual acts seen in the pages of the Holy Bible. For example, “I praise and thank You for the enduring faith of Abraham, all your divine accomplishments through Moses, imparting Your Ten Commandments, etc.”).

“Lord, I praise and thank You through each and every heartbeat of mankind, through each and every breath of mankind, through all the sorrows and joys of mankind living today. I praise and thank You for every Act of Goodness in Creation, starting with the Supreme Divine Fiat that brought everything and everyone into existence, that sustains us continually in every present moment, and will continue to sustain us until the last creature is formed on earth at the conclusion of time, forever sustaining us throughout all eternity, etc.”

“Lord, I praise and thank You for all the sweet and precious memories I have lived with my family and loved ones. I praise and thank You for Your Mercy and Goodness towards me. I praise and thank You for my continual conversion, my growth in virtues and personal holiness, and my final perseverance in the faith, etc.”

“Lord, I praise and thank You for every creature, the birds, the trees, the flowers, the seas, the valleys and mountains, the sky, the Sun, the moon, the stars, etc. Thank You for the gentle breeze felt across my face, the sweet fragrance of the rose, the joyful laughter of children, the chill of the early hours, the dew on the blades of grass, the song of the doves, the swift flight of birds, the mist felt by the waves in the ocean, the dawn of the morning, the passage of a new day, and the peaceful sleep spent in Your Arms at night, etc.”

And of course, the greatest of the highest forms of prayer are simply found in admiring, adoring, and worshipping Our Lord. So, for example, taking all the Holy Names and holy attributes of God and turning them into prayers of adoration. So, you may pray in this way:

“Lord, I love You, I honor You, I adore You, I bless You, I worship You, I admire You. I glorify You, everything that You Are and everything that You stand for, etc.”

“I love You, Papa God, my Almighty Creator and true King of my heart and my soul. I love You, JESUS, Divine Love Incarnate and Crucified Love, truly living as the Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament. I love You, Holy Spirit, Divine Lover of my heart, Essence of Purity and Holy Sanctifier of my soul. Most Holy Trinity, I love and adore You, Who Are Thrice Most Holy of all holies, I worship You always, etc.”

“Elohim, I adore You. Yahweh, I adore You. Jehovah, I adore You. Adonai, I adore You. I praise, bless, and glorify Your Holy Name. I praise, bless, and glorify the Holy Name of Your Divine Son, JESUS Christ of Nazareth, whose Holy Name Is above all other names and Whose Holy Name Is adored in all of Heaven, and most terrified and most feared by all those dwelling in hell. JESUS, the Word Incarnate, I praise, bless, and glorify You in all the languages of the world and in all the heavenly tongues of the holy angels, etc.”

“JESUS, I worship You. I worship the sparkle in Your Eyes, the smile upon Your Lips, Your throbbing Heartbeat that aches for final mystical union with my own little heart. Sixth point, recently, I was in deep conversation with a very dear friend, and I mentioned to her something that I feel called to share with you all. As blog followers know, I shared the fact a month ago that sometimes, I ask Papa God to assign a holy angel to assist me with challenges or obstacles, etc., that I may be facing in life. This holy angel may be on temporary or permanent assignment with me. For example, I asked Papa God earlier this year for a special holy angel to help me with my prayers, as I felt that I was being spiritually blocked by others’ curses. And when I thought earlier about writing on this topic, Jesus told me that, yes, Papa God desires people to petition Him for His divine help by assigning special holy angels, especially, regarding people’s struggles with temptations and sins, etc.

So, in this recent conversation, I mentioned to my dear friend how I had asked Papa God for angelic help with Holy Mass and Jesus had immediately responded in my soul that, “YES, God would like to do this”. My dear friend was actually excited by what I said and so, now, I am going to share this revelation with you, too.

Specifically, I asked Papa God for a holy angel to obtain for me all the spiritual treasures from all the Holy Masses that are to be said each day. I also asked that this special holy angel collect all the unused graces for that day, so I may spiritually benefit from a portion of all those graces from God. So, every morning, I send forth this holy angel to do this special task for me, which I know that he is very faithful in doing for God. This holy angel is also the same angelic being that I send to spiritual conferences, events, and pilgrimages that I am unable to physically attend to collect graces. I have never visited the Holy Land, the sacred places in Rome (Italy), and many other favored religious sites in the world, so this holy angel has a lot of work to do as he obtains a portion of all these spiritual treasures and blessings for me, etc.

Seventh point, I gently remind everyone to renew their baptismal promises, as well as their consecrations to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at every Holy Mass that they assist and attend. It does not need to be overly complicated or fancy words. Usually, I simply say, “Lord, I renew my baptismal promises and my consecrations to the Two Hearts” before I stand up from the pews to enter the queue for Holy Communion at Holy Mass.

Also, remember, ghosts enter the next level of the afterlife at the moment the Holy Spirit descends for the Consecration of the Most Holy Eucharist; whereas, poor souls in purgatory enter Heaven at the moment of one’s reception of Holy Communion. So, I pray accordingly for the ghosts to enter the Divine Light by putting them in the holy chalice before the Consecration of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Meanwhile, as I am waiting in the queue for Holy Communion, I pray in union with Our Holy Mother Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint Michael Archangel and the guardian angels for all the poor souls being released into Heaven, at the moment I receive the Sacred Host from the priest.

Finally, I recommend that you renew your baptismal promises every time you touch or use holy water, as well as renew your consecrations daily to the Two Hearts. Amen.

A Fourth of July in Alabama that will change your life at Caritas of Birmingham

Come to Alabama, and be in the presence of the Queen of Heaven, July 1–5, 2023, in when She appears to Medjugorje visionary Marija Lunetti, to receive graces, blessings, and healing of hearts.

The Holy Virgin Mary appears physically to Marija. Marija told the founder of Caritas of Birmingham, that she sees Our Lady as we see another person. Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Our Lord, Jesus Christ (Corpus Christi)

Blessings dearest ones,

I, “a soul”, was recently asked a very good question about the refuges. Specifically, I was asked by a deaf follower of this prophecy blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, what an inner locution is like for the deaf when it is finally time for people to be called to the refuges during the Great Tribulation? So, since I know that I have both deaf and blind followers, as well as other persons with different disabilities following this blog, I was able to ask our beloved Savior, Jesus Christ, some questions about how these prophecies will be fulfilled for persons with disabilities.

Here are the answers that Jesus provided me (notes from our conversation):

Firstly, God has many spiritual tools available to Him to communicate to those who are deaf, blind, and disabled in other ways. So, here is a list of things that God can possibly do, as He will pick the best method – a combination of different tools – to help those evacuating to the refuges (“Grand Exodus”). That way, those who are deaf, blind, or disabled in other ways, will receive the same type of notice as those who are familiar with audible sounds will receive their inner locution.

Tools that God may use in any given situation:

  • a vision of a flame in front of the person
  • for those familiar with written words, they may see words flash across their mind
  • a vision of their guardian angel using sign language
  • a deep sense of urgency will accompany the visions and mental images / words
  • infused knowledge about needing to depart
  • mental vision of flashing lights in colors that a blind person has never seen
  • may be presented as a series of mental pictures along with infused knowledge

Also, I was able to find out something very important about the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience). Those who are deaf, blind, and disabled in other ways, will experience their life review with all mental and physical faculties intact. Meaning, everyone will have their five senses — sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch — and will NOT be disabled when they are witnessing the state of their soul before Jesus.

Then, people who are judged to purgatory and Heaven will experience those places with their full faculties and senses intact. So, they will not be disabled.

However, people who are judged to hell, will suffer the torment and torture of hell in their disabled bodies. So, if you were born blind living on earth, you will suffer hell as a blind person, etc. The disabilities will be based on if you were born with those disabilities. So, for example, if you were born without disabilities, but later became deaf, you would experience hell as an ordinary person with your hearing intact. But, if you have been deaf your whole life since birth, you actually suffer hell as a deaf person, etc.

This aspect of suffering disabilities in hell is due to God’s Holy Wrath being perfect, as His Divine Judgments are based upon how you spent your earthly life, using your God-given talents, skills set, personal history, heritage and family life, socio-economic and cultural background, as well as disabilities endured, etc. This list also includes how you used or abused the holy Sacraments, your prayer life, and your degree of faith, etc. Finally, the list also includes how other people affected and influenced you – positively and negatively – during moments of your earthly life, etc.

Consequently, God will mitigate punishments, even horrific sentences to hell, so that they are not in excess of the circumstances that people lived their sinful earthly lives. For example, a person who is a murderer will have a suffering in hell different from a person who is a prostitute or practiced sodomy, or who is an occultist, but all punishments will be perfectly just in keeping with their crimes against God. Likewise, a person born with disabilities will have their punishments in hell reflect the circumstances that they committed their offenses, so God will penalize them differently from a ordinary person who did not have those certain handicaps. Their punishments will be mitigated according to God’s Perfect Justice as God considers the state and conditions that a person found themselves in when committing their crimes against the Divine Law (Ten Commandments).

In contrast, people who are sent to purgatory suffer their purification with all faculties and senses intact, as their sentences from God are temporary and less severe than eternal damnation in hell. Since the poor souls in purgatory are being cleansed and prepared for their heavenly reward, which will include a full and complete healing of any physical illnesses, mental conditions, ailments and disabilities, etc., that they may have endured in their earthly lives. Note, persons with any disabilities can spend part of their purgatory adjusting to having an ordinary body without any handicaps before they enter Heaven. For example, a quadriplegic might spend part of his time relearning how to use his physical body, as well as learning how to use his new spiritual gifts like traveling by thought and flying, etc., in the higher levels of purgatory. Note, I use the word physical here, but in reality, it is actually the spiritual body that the person is relearning how to reuse his limbs, hands, and feet, etc., as mankind will not be reunited with his flesh until the resurrection by God.

Now, disabled persons who are born lacking the mental capacity (have diminished cognitive ability) to differentiate between good and evil and the meaning of sin, will NOT experience a life review during the Great Warning. This is because they are considered innocence in God’s Eyes and their placement is assured in the Heavenly Kingdom.

I am not sure if many people are aware of this fact, but in the womb, Papa God Is very actively involved in the development of unborn infants. Persons who are born disabled have actually been asked by Papa God during gestation if they would suffer with that particular disability in their earthly life, and because the unborn infants are so inebriated in God’s Joyous Love and embraced by His Pure Light of Divine Truth, they always say ‘yes’ to endure such suffering. Such suffering is redemptive for the conversions of their family members, as well as used by God as a means for others affected by the disabled person to learn virtues and righteous living, etc. Meanwhile, at the moment of birth, all knowledge given to all babies in the womb is stripped from their conscious minds by God and is replaced with the sacrosanct gift of volition (note, those who are born severely cognitively impaired still have free will but they have already definitively decided for God in the womb. They remain in their spiritual understanding like younger children who have not attained the age of reason). Meanwhile, sometimes, the devil is able to tap into the subconscious mind, and that is why some people falsely believe in reincarnation and life before conception, etc. This is due to the devil tapping into generational memories AND gestational memories stored within our subconscious minds and in our DNA, etc., which the devil then manipulates within our active minds as false beliefs and false images / impressions, etc.

Likewise, ordinary people who have attained the age of reason, aged eight years old and older, and who became disabled later after birth will undergo a life review from God during the Great Warning. So, for example, comatose patients will undergo a life review, as well as people suffering severe mental illness like schizophrenia, etc., and old age dementia like Alzheimer’s disease, etc., will undergo a life review during the Great Warning. I highly recommend that these people be prayed for and, if possible, receive the Sacramental Anointing of the Sick by a priest, etc., so they are in a state of grace, being adequately prepared for their moment of death and the foretold Great Warning, etc. Note, Sacramental Anointing of the Sick is also known as, Last Rites. It may be received by those who are gravely or severely ill and those who are in danger of dying, such as those preparing to undergo surgery, etc.

Now, during the Great Warning, people who are given a second chance to amend their lives on earth, will be returned to life in their disabled bodies in order to convert. However, God may grant full or partial healing to some people who are disabled if they have prayed to Him in advance for healing and by the strength of their faith in Him.

Finally, every refuge will have a miraculous cross above it so people may be healed by venerating it. In addition, some refuges may have miraculous springs, so people will be healed by drinking from the waters. Also, people who are not ambulatory, meaning, they are too disabled to travel on their own to the refuges, will be carried by their guardian angels to the refuges where their families and loved ones are located. At the moment of the Grand Exodus (evacuation), either the disabled person himself or his loved ones should pray so his guardian angel has permission to intercede by bringing the disabled person to the refuge chosen by God.

One final note, I also know that certain places, such as nursing homes, convalescent hospitals, and assisted living facilities, etc., may also be converted into last minute refuges. This is not automatically done by God, as it depends on a number of variables, such as the number of Christians and converted souls dwelling at those places after the Great Warning has happened. God will make the final determination based upon people’s free will choices. But, please be encouraged if the people dwelling at these places want God to make them into refuges, that God will accept sincere, heartfelt prayer by the inhabitants and their loved ones for that type of mission. God would also appreciate that the inhabitants have blessed brown scapulars (Mary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel), and blessed representations of the Holy Family and Saint Michael Archangel in their living spaces and / or attached to their wheelchairs.

I hope that this knowledge helps a lot of different people.

In order for you to overcome all that you are living through and all that is to come, you need the fruit of love – that love which goes beyond what is human, that love which My Holy Spirit pours out upon My children in the face of calamities and so that they would not despair. The Love of My Holy Spirit will keep you from despair, being steadfast and holding to faith in Me.

Constantly ask for the Gifts of My Holy Spirit within you; it is necessary for you to possess them and to be worthy of such great treasures:

Gift of Counsel
Gift of Fortitude
Gift of Science
Gift of Piety
Gift of the Fear of God

You must work and act in My Will, being observers of My Law, leading a worthy life and living with dignity.

From the Gifts of My Holy Spirit come the fruits necessary for a righteous life, being fully aware that without Me, you are nothing.

These are:

LOVE, which leads you to charity, to live fully in fraternity and to the fulfillment of the First Commandment.

JOY, as the soul’s rejoicing above all confirms to you that with Me there are no fears.

PEACE is the result for those who surrender to My Will and live securely in My protection, in spite of earthly life.

PATIENCE belongs to those who are not disturbed either by the adversities of life or by temptations, but who live in total harmony with their neighbor.

LONG-SUFFERING. Knowing how to wait for My Providence, even when everything seems impossible, provides you with generosity.

AMIABILITY: the kind and gentle person has it, maintaining gentleness in their dealings with others.

KINDNESS always benefits one’s neighbor. Devotion to one’s brother is constantly present in the person who has it, in My likeness.

MEEKNESS keeps you even-tempered; it is a true brake on anger and wrath; it does not tolerate injustice, it does not allow vengeance or rancor.

FAITHFULNESS bears witness to My presence in the person who is faithful to Me to the end, living by My love, in truth.

MODESTY: as Temples of My Holy Spirit, live with dignity and decorum, giving that temple the necessary dignity so as not to grieve My Holy Spirit.

MODERATION: having My Holy Spirit, a person has a high degree of awareness; the person thereby maintains order in their works and actions, not desiring what they do not possess, being a witness to inner order and controlling their appetites.

CHASTITY: as Temples of My Holy Spirit you are in true fusion with Me; for this you must entrust yourselves to Me, thereby weakening not only the disorders of the flesh, but also the inner disorder that leads you to disorder in your works and actions.

BELOVED CHILDREN, BE TRUE WITNESSES OF MY HOLY SPIRIT – NOT HALF-HEARTEDLY BUT COMPLETELY.

Pray, beloved children, pray, volcanoes (2) will roar and cause My children to suffer, changing the climate throughout the earth.

Beloved children, pray that the presence of My Holy Spirit in fullness in My children, would cause evil not to penetrate within humanity.

Pray, My children, great pain will come upon My Church…

Pray My children, pray for humanity to trust in Me.

MY HOLY SPIRIT REIGNS IN EACH OF MY CHILDREN; IT IS UP TO EACH PERSON TO WELCOME HIM AND TO WORK AND ACT RIGHTLY SO THAT HE WOULD REMAIN IN YOU.

Beloved children, you are living in uncertainty regarding events because you do not accept that you are already being pushed towards the cliff by earthly powers which, united, are making decisions in order to lead you towards chaos with the collapse of that to which the human race is highly attached: THE ECONOMY.

THESE ILLNESSES WILL NOT BE FOUGHT WITH KNOWN MEDICINES, BUT WILL REACT TO WHAT MY HOUSE HAS MADE KNOWN TO YOU.

DO NOT TIE YOUR FUTURE TO DATES, BUT PREPARE YOURSELVES AND SEEK ME IN CONFESSION AND IN THE COMMUNION OF MY BODY AND MY BLOOD IN THE EUCHARIST.

You see nature assailing the countries of the earth, yet without being moved by your consciences.

Pray, My children, pray for Mexico, Chile, Ecuador and Colombia: they will be shaken.

Pray, My children, pray for Central America and Panama: they will be strongly shaken.

Pray for Australia, it will suffer great devastation.

Pray, children, pray, pray: many dormant volcanoes are awakening, causing serious human losses. This is due to the foolishness of some leaders who fail to warn My children.

Pray, children, pray: the earth will continue to shake in one place or another. Asia will suffer, as well as the most unexpected European regions.

War is progressing (3) and a mistake will awaken the struggle of man against man: the disguised struggle to hold power.

My beloved People, Argentina will suffer unexpectedly and the heart of Brazil will suffer.

My children, I love you. I remain attentive in order to help you: you will not be abandoned by Me. I have ordered My beloved St. Michael the Archangel and His Legions to fight against the Devil and not to allow him to destroy you emotionally, so that you would be creatures who fulfill the First Commandment.

I protect you, I help you, I speak to you so that you would reinforce what you already know. Store water in your homes.

Be reflections of My Peace and give yourselves in peace to your brothers; help the helpless. Be cautious in speaking, for you are being watched with some evil intentions.

Unite fraternally and forgive each other from the heart.

Humanity will suffer severely:

The water of the seas is rising and will penetrate the Earth.
Volcanoes awaken and the climate of the Earth will change more.
The human race is the cause of great errors that you cannot stop, doing serious damage to humanity.

Children:

I KEEP YOU WITHIN MY IMMACULATE HEART, PROTECTING YOU FROM EVIL. EACH ONE OF YOU USES YOUR FREE WILL AS TO WHETHER YOU AGREE TO LIVE IN MY HEART OR NOT…

My Divine Son defends you against so much evil that is prowling across the Earth…

Brothers and sisters,

Let us prepare ourselves for the Solemnity of Pentecost by praying:

Veni Creator

Come, Holy Spirit, Creator blest,
and in our souls take up Thy rest;
come with Thy grace and heavenly aid
to fill the hearts which Thou hast made.
O comforter, to Thee we cry,
O heavenly gift of God Most High,
O fount of life and fire of love,
and sweet anointing from above.
Thou in Thy sevenfold gifts are known;
Thou, finger of God’s hand we own;
Thou, promise of the Father, Thou
Who dost the tongue with power imbue.
Kindle our sense from above,
and make our hearts o’erflow with love;
with patience firm and virtue high
the weakness of our flesh supply.
Far from us drive the foe we dread,
and grant us Thy peace instead;
so shall we not, with Thee for guide,
turn from the path of life aside.
