Blessings beloved followers,

Initially, I “A Soul”, was not going to release this heavenly message on this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls. This is because it was a private message given to my prayer group. However, it came to my attention that there are blog followers who might benefit from having this information. So, I asked for permission from Jesus to share it publicly and now I am presenting it to you for your discernment and consideration.

Please note that I am not a financial advisor and this is not to be construed as financial advice on how to invest your money or how much of your money you should invest. However, for the past several weeks, Our Lord has been speaking about crypto currency and the wealth transfer that will take place BEFORE the Great Warning (Illumination of Conscience) to my prayer group. This is NOT the prosperity doctrine that some Christians believe but a great wealth transfer that will happen in order to position God’s Faithful Remnant properly to be of service for the coming Great Harvest of souls.

God has several means to bring about this wealth transfer for His beloved people and He is using crypto currency as one of them.

One of our prayer warriors received a confirmation about buying crypto currency during Holy Communion in daily Mass. Specifically, Jesus told him that: “Papa God is a good good Father. He provides for His children,” while the Chris Tomlin song, Good Good Father, was repeating in his head. Meanwhile, I have been given a lot of very obvious confirmations, signs, and even a miracle, regarding crypto currency from Heaven during these past several weeks.

Now, on Friday, March 7, 2025, Heaven gave one of our prayer warriors, “a child of Our Blessed Mother”, during the Divine Mercy Hour, a lengthy message over a 4 hour period for my prayer group. The heavenly message is about crypto, a market crash and other important matters concerning the wealth transfer; and it is this specific message that I want to share with followers of my blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls.

MARCH 7, 2025 HEAVENLY MESSAGE SENT TO “A SOUL” FROM “A CHILD OF OUR BLESSED MOTHER”:

Here is the message I received today. It was given in 4 parts, over a 4 hour period; but all 4 parts are part of one theme / message in my opinion.

3 PM March 7, 2025, my phone alarm had just gone off to remind me to say the Divine Mercy Chaplet. As I began saying the DMC, I began to hear our Lord speaking, and went to get paper and pen to record His message.

JESUS- March comes in like a Lion and goes out like a Lamb. I AM the Lamb slain for your redemption. For 2025 you will celebrate My death as the slain Lamb of God on April 18th. But Good Friday / Easter are movable feasts tied to the lunar calendar.

ME- Jesus has me look up how early and late the dates for Easter can be. Easter can be as early as March 22nd and as late as April 25th in any given year. Thus Good Friday can be from March 20th to April 23. [in hindsight this could be a time window, personal opinion]

JESUS- If the world will not honor that I died for them, and then actually believe in Me as Lord and Savoir, then I will kill their god of money that they worship. Yes, a financial crash is coming. While it will affect everyone in some fashion or manner, I want to help and protect those who believe in Me and are My followers. Repent of your sins, stay in grace and be in My fellowship. Be not afraid of crypto, for I can use anything to help my faithful. Invest in crypto and I will multiply it. However, I expect you to use the financial proceeds to help ALL.

BLESSED VIRGIN MARY- You are ALL my children; help one another, tell them about my Son Jesus. Do not be afraid to evangelize the good news of the Gospel. Share your faith, share your wealth; be generous.

JESUS- Create in yourselves a clean and pure heart. I have spoken to some other prophets about specific crypto coins… Pray, fast, and discern and I will lead them.

JESUS- My gifts are available to you. Pray for them, fast for them, and ask Papa God for them. Woe, woe, woe to those who use My gifts incorrectly. Advance My Kingdom with My gifts. Help your brothers and sisters, particularly those in crises and who do not know Me. Share your faith. Be the Light of Christ to others. Do not try to hide your faith or keep silent…BE A FAITH WARRIOR FOR ME. Do not be afraid to speak My Truth. My church needs you NOW! Fear not, for the Holy Spirit will give you the words to speak; just TRUST, TRUST in Me. Live your life in love; Love God and then love your neighbor.

JESUS- This message is more than just about crypto. This is about DEFEATING EVIL and bringing a multitude of lost souls who repent into My Era of Peace. Be fearless as you walk with Me through the trials of the Great Tribulation. I will always be with you, unless you reject Me. You will purify your souls if you act out and live in complete love for Me. However, the one who rejects Me, self-incriminates himself and becomes subject to My Justice rather than receiving My great Mercy.

BLESSED VIRGIN MARY- I am your spiritual Mother for all in the world. Yet so few actually know me. Even the Muslims mention me in the Quran and acknowledge me as a holy pious woman. I call on those who truly know me as your spiritual Mother to help others to get to know me in a similar manner.

JESUS- Don’t be distracted by crypto. While it is an important opportunity, the salvation of souls is the MOST important thing. Woe to him to whom much is given for much will be expected. Your individual accountability for every gift given to you must be understood by you. Don’t let crypto be your downfall. I love you all and want you to have this crypto gift, but I expect you to use it wisely for Godly purposes in advancing My Kingdom in these End Times. Show Me by your actions, your thankfulness for these gifts. Bear good fruit with My gifts to you.

JESUS- THERE IS A “WINDOW” FROM NOW UNTIL DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY [I.E. APRIL 27, 2025] As I told Saint Faustina to spread this divine mercy devotion, so also I call upon my fellow believers to spread this devotion to My Mercy and to bring great multitudes of souls to Me to be washed in My Precious Blood of unfathomable mercy. …. That is enough for now.

JESUS- [after Stations of the Cross] I died for you, will you die unto yourself for Me? Less of you and more of Me? I love you unconditionally, but do you love Me with your whole heart, your whole soul, your whole mind, and your whole strength? Do you love Me with 100% of yourself? 100% not 99%! Go and sin no more. I love you. Love one another as I have and still do and always will love you.

Tuesday, January 3, 2023: (The Holy Name of Jesus)

At St. John the Evangelist after Holy Communion, I could see the Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan River by St. John the Baptist and there appeared a dove of the Holy Spirit and God the Father showing the Blessed Trinity. Jesus said: “My people, in this vision you see one of the few visions of the Blessed Trinity in My Baptism by St. John the Baptist. This is well described in Matt. 3:16-17. ‘And when Jesus had been baptized, He immediately came up from the water. And behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending as a Dove and coming upon Him. And behold, a voice from the heavens said: (God the Father) ‘This is My Beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased.’ Now when you see babies and adults baptized, the priest or deacon pronounces the Sign of the Cross with the names of the Blessed Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Monday, January 2, 2023: (St. Basil the Great, St. Gregory)

Jesus said: “My people, you are celebrating these great saints who were fighting the Arian heresy in the 4th Century. You recently witnessed the death of Pope Benedict XVI emeritus, and they pointed out how his papal ring was crushed. Now I am warning you of another heresy coming that will change the words of the Consecration of the Mass. This is the abomination of desolation when the clergy will bring about the New Mass which My faithful should not attend. You will have to seek out a proper Mass in an underground church offered by a faithful priest. This will definitely be a sign that the coming tribulation is almost at hand. This will be close to My Warning and Conversion time. It will also be close to the time when I will call My faithful to My refuges. Have no fear because I will warn you when it is the proper time to come to My refuges.”

Jesus said: “My people, you are about to be challenged if the leaders in the Church bring out the New Mass with the wrong words of Consecration. There will be an attempt to bring in the new world religion which is nothing more than a pagan service without the proper words of Consecration. You cannot change the Roman Catholic traditions to appease all of the world’s religions. Our Blessed Mother said: “My dear children, on this feast of my Motherhood of my Son, Jesus, I pondered all of these events in my heart. I thank the Lord for choosing me as His Mother, and our two hearts are joined together as one. He allowed me to be born without original sin, and He gave me the grace to be without sin and live in His Divine Will. I was happy to see the shepherds and the Magi give honor to my Son, who is the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity. This is such an honor to bring our Savior into the world as a God-man. This Incarnation of Jesus into a human being with both a human and a Divine nature, is a miracle that is hard to understand. It is a blessing from God that Jesus became one of us to bring salvation to all souls who will accept Him. Continue to pray your four rosaries for converting all of your family into believers in my Son, Jesus. I always lead you to my Son, and a happy new year to all of you.”

Jesus said: “My people, you are celebrating My birth and a new year, but this year will be a different kind of year than you have ever seen before. Yes, you will have natural disasters and a possible new virus and new vaccines that you should avoid taking. You know by now that the vaccines ruin your immune system, and they do not prevent any disease. Unless the one world people change their schedule, you could see their attempt to take over your currency with the digital dollar. They will try to control your spending and they could even threaten My believers by blocking your means for buying food and fuels. If you cannot buy things because of the evil restrictions, I will need to call you to My refuges. My faithful will be at an underground church in hiding from the authorities. You will be living in a communist style government that could threaten your lives. Trust in Me to provide for your needs and your protection.”

Jesus said: “My people, this chaos that you are seeing all over the earth is a sign of the devil and the demons at work on your people. Your country needs a spiritual revival because there is so much evil every where you turn, and your people have lost their original fervor for their faith in Me. Pray for more conversions in this new year of 2023. Your people have lost their desire for prayer, and many need to come back to worshiping Me at Sunday Mass. I wish all of My people a happy new year and may you look to improve your spiritual life by focusing more on Me.”

Friday, December 30, 2022: (Holy Family)

Jesus said: “My people, St. Joseph was given a dream to take Me and My Blessed Mother to Egypt so Herod could not kill Me. The poor Holy Innocents were killed in Bethlehem by Herod. Once Herod died, St. Joseph brought us to Nazareth. The Gospel speaks of taking good care of your parents, even up into their last years. Parents took care of their children, and it is only right that the children should care for their parents in their old age. This trip to Egypt was to also fulfill a prophecy that the Redeemer would come up out of Egypt. You also saw recently how the Antichrist was just crowned in Egypt by the Luciferians to follow what I did. This is another sign of the coming of the Antichrist into power, and it is not far away. Trust in Me to protect My faithful at My refuges, even as I had to go into hiding from the evil ones as well.”

Jesus said: “My people, when you come to a refuge, do not be concerned with the looks of where you will stay. My refuges will appear to have a bubble shield over it and this will be your protection from those people who want to harm My faithful. Have no fear because My angels will protect you with shields of unusual hardness and the evil ones will not see you. Be prepared for all the evil things of the one world people who will try to kill you, but they will not harm you at My refuges. I love all of My faithful and you will see My miracles of protection. Keep your souls clean with Confession and focus your prayers on helping souls to be converted into believers in Me. Even if events look like the evil ones are winning with the Antichrist, do not worry because I will protect you from all the evil things of the demons with My miracles.”

Thursday, December 29, 2022: (Funeral Mass for Steven Albert)

Jesus said: “My people, you are seeing another wrongful death where someone was involved with this death. Even the funeral director thought there should be an investigation of his bruises. This death may also be covered up to protect someone. His soul is in purgatory and he needs prayers and Masses. He will be praying for his family.”

Prayer Group:

Jesus said: “My people, I am showing you paratroopers being dropped behind enemy lines in the Ukraine war. I am showing you an increase in activity in this war that will be expanding with time. The Ukraine is trying to take back its land with help from the West. Russia is adding more troops to make up for their losses. Pray for peace and with no expanded war.”

Jesus said: “My people, your people are just opening up the Thruway that was closed because of the snow blizzard in Buffalo. You are seeing the National Guard going door to door to check if any more people may have died from the cold weather. I have warned your people that you could see more bad storms with blackouts during the rest of your winter. This is more punishment for your abortions and your new Marriage bill that was signed by Biden. Be prepared with food, water, and fuels for any more storms and power outages.”

Jesus said: “My people, be prepared for more natural disasters that could come from your weather and the evil ones who are using the HAARP machine to cause more destruction. Be willing to help your neighbors who may need food and a safe place to stay in a warm house. I told you that you would see one disaster after another. Call on Me in your storm prayer to protect your homes from damage. You may have to come to My refuges when your storms could endanger your lives. Trust in My protection with My angels.”

Jesus said: “My people, you will be seeing droughts and poor growing conditions for your food crops. As food becomes harder to find, I may have to multiply your food and fuels even before you have to come to My refuges. You need to have three months supply of food in your house for each member, because the stores may become empty, or you may not have the chip in the body to buy your food. Call on Me to multiply your food if you cannot get to the stores.”

Jesus said: “My people, this new digital dollar will be a disaster to everyone’s financial needs. Not only will they remove your dollars from circulation, but the evil ones will control how you spend your money that will be tracked. My Christian believers will be threatened with their lives for believing in Me. If people do not use this digital dollar according to your government’s directives, they could close your bank accounts and you would have no money to buy things. This would be when I could call My faithful to My refuges so I could provide you with My angel protection and your physical needs. At My refuges you would also have daily Holy Communion from My angels or your priests. Trust in Me to protect you.”

Jesus said: “My people, I have been warning My people to have your backpacks ready to leave your homes within 20 minutes from when I will call you to come to My refuges. Those people, who are not at a refuge, will need to follow their guardian angels with a flame to the nearest refuge. Your angel will make you invisible on your way to My refuges. Pray to Me for the strength and courage to make this journey to a refuge for My angel protection. You will have all of your needs provided for by My refuge builders. Have faith that I can multiply your food, water, and fuels.”

Jesus said: “My people, do not be afraid of the coming destruction from your natural disasters. Do not be afraid of the evil ones who will try to kill you either. Many events will threaten you, but you can call on My angel protection from any fears. When you trust in Me in faith, you will see My angels perform impossible feats for your protection and they will put up shields of invisibility so the evil ones will not see you. No matter what the evil ones want to do to try and kill you with their vaccines, diseases, or even army troops, I am more powerful and you will not be harmed at My refuges. After the tribulation at My refuges, I will bring My punishment on the evil ones and they will be killed and cast into hell. I will renew the earth and bring you into My Era of Peace. So have no worries or fears because you will be rewarded in My Era of Peace and later you will come to heaven. I love all of My believers, so just have trust in Me like My Blessed Mother tells you.”

Jesus said: “My people, there will be fewer abortions after the Supreme Court put down the Roe vs Wade decision. But now the evil liberals are pushing through abortion laws in your states. Abortion in America is the single worst crime that you are committing against My creation plans. Because of your abortions and such laws, you will be seeing My punishments in your natural disasters. It is sad that some people died in the cold, but this is not the last bad storm, because you will see one disaster after another. You see your beautiful great grandchildren and how can you imagine such children being killed by abortion? Your country will pay dearly for all of this killing of My little ones. Call on My Blessed Mother of Guadalupe to help stop your abortions.

Jesus said: “My people, I have been warning you about the coming digital dollar and how the one world people will force this new money system on you. In Communist China and briefly in Canada the leaders are already forcing a new money system on the people. When this gets implemented in America, your government will take away all of your paper dollars out of circulation. They will force a digital dollar on you that can track how you spend your money. If you do not follow the liberal demands on you, they will shut down your bank accounts. If you profess your belief in Me and do not support abortion or the Covid shots, they will shut you down. You will not be able to buy food or gas with your shutdown. They will stop your water, natural gas, and communications coming into your house. Because this will threaten your lives, I will call you to My refuges where My angels will protect you from the army or SWAT teams who will try to put you into the detention center death camps. You are very close to the time of the Antichrist. At My refuges only My believers will be allowed to enter. I will multiply your food, water, and fuels even before I will bring My Warning and Conversion. December 2022 – Article #2 of 2 – My Experiences and Recommendations on Buying Fractional Gold (Goldbacks) – By a soul – MaryRefugeOfSouls

I, “a soul”, am presenting to followers of this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, the second of two articles, which I hope will help people looking to preserve and maintain their wealth in this challenging time when much paper (fiat) money is losing value due to inflation. The first article was about silver rounds, which I hope everyone read and found useful. This second article is about my experiences with fractional gold. My hope is that both articles will help people prepare for these uncertain economic times. Please be sure to read both articles, so you can make the best informed decision for yourself. Please note that I am NOT a financial broker or dealer or tax or legal expert. So, I urge you to investigate further and seek professional help based on your situation. I am just giving you my opinions based on my personal experiences as a Christian believer.

As I shared in my earlier article, I first started out purchasing silver rounds with religious images over 12 years ago. However, over time, I realized that it was important to me to diversify my emergency funds beyond only silver. This is because the spot price for silver ounces seemed so volatile to me (ranging between USD $15 to $50 an ounce at different times, today, it is about USD $25). So, for my peace of mind, I wanted the stability of the spot price of gold, which seemed to simply steadily increase over time.

Of course, being a person of limited means, buying an ounce of gold has always been out of my range (today, the spot price is about USD $1,800 an ounce). Moreover, it has been important to me to purchase gold in smaller, incremental amounts, rather than one ounce pieces. This is because if the economy tanks, I doubt people would be using one ounce gold coins / rounds to buy a loaf of bread and quart of milk. So, I ventured out with purchasing one gram gold bars minted by Valcambi, a private mint based in Switzerland, and later, I added one gram gold bars minted by Perth, the official government mint in Australia. (Today’s price for one gram of gold is about USD $75). I chose the one gram bars from Valcambi and Perth, because they had simple designs that did not offend my Christian sensibility. However, I did eventually stop buying from the Perth mint, because I did not agree with what the Australian government was doing to their people during the Covid lockdowns.

Although I have been blessed at times to be able to buy gold in higher increments, such as 2.5 gram bars and 5 gram bars, etc., I realized that I was doing this only to preserve my wealth and to cease any headaches due to volatile silver spot prices. However, buying one gram gold bars was doing nothing to sanctify my money before God, or could potentially lead to people’s conversions in a future economic downturn. That was the great advantage that I had with purchasing silver rounds with Christian images.

Until today.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I am so excited to share with you all about a gold product that I recently discovered. I think you all will be very interested and I hope this information will help many people.

Now, let me backup and say that fractional gold is any gold product that comes in an incremental amount of less than the standard one troy ounce of gold. So, fractional gold would include pieces that are 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, 1/10 ounce, one gram, etc. Anything that is less than one troy ounce which is equal to 31.1034768 grams. Having the option to purchase gold in such fractional increments is wonderful, because it enables more buyers to be able to own gold on more limited budgets. And I am all for the win of the little guy when it comes to competing with big corporations, big banks, and big-time investors.

Well, today, dear brothers and sisters, I have the pleasure of introducing you all to the “Goldback” (https://www.goldback.com). Goldbacks are similar in concept to banknotes, such as the Federal Reserve note known as the US dollar, however, they are not paper (fiat) currency. Rather, goldbacks are described as the “world’s first physical, interchangeable, gold money, that is designed to accommodate even small transactions”. And when talking about small transactions, this is a literal description, because today’s value of one goldback is about USD $3.90 (about the cost of a cup of coffee). It solves the problem of making gold easily spend-able and useable for actual barter. They look similar in size to banknotes, such as the US dollar. However, they have small increments of gold actually embedded within the note. So, they are definitely NOT any type of paper currency. They hold intrinsic value because they consist of actual gold!

Goldbacks come in the following denominations:

1 Goldback (equals 1/1000th ounce of gold)
5 Goldback (5/1000th ounce of gold)
10 Goldback (10/1000th ounce of gold)
25 Goldback (25/1000th ounce of gold)
50 Goldback (50/1000th ounce of gold)

They are recognized as currency in 4 states so far: Utah, Nevada, New Hampshire, and Wyoming. And, in 2023, goldbacks are planned to be rolled out in Alaska, Idaho, and South Dakota. Moreover, goldbacks can be used in any state or country that accepts gold for barter or trade.

I do not live in any of the states that recognize the Goldback as currency so far, but that has not deterred me from stocking up on them. Each state has their own series of designs for their goldbacks, but they are also interchangeable with other states that recognize them. For example, you can use Utah goldbacks in Wyoming, etc. Also, as you can tell from the earlier chart, five 1 Goldbacks equal a 5 Goldback, two 5 Goldbacks equal one 10 Goldback, etc. They are fungible both in terms of the amount of gold within each note, as well as the going EXCHANGE rate. So, for example, if 1 Goldback is worth USD $3.90, then a 5 Goldback is worth 5 times more at USD $19.50.

Note, to figure out the going spot price of the actual amount of gold found in any Goldback, you just divide the spot price for an ounce of gold by 1000. Then, you take that number and multiply it by the denomination of the goldback.

So, for example, if the spot price for gold is USD $1,800 an ounce. Then, 1 Goldback has $1.80 worth of gold embedded in the note, a 5 Goldback has USD $9 worth of gold embedded, a 10 Goldback has USD $18 worth of gold embedded, etc.

The exchange rate is the prevailing AVERAGE of what people are willing to exchange goldbacks at any particular time in monetary or barter situations in the different states. Whereas the cost of purchasing goldbacks is typically about double the amount of gold embedded within the note. So, for example, 1 Goldback might have USD $1.80 worth of embedded gold, a purchase price of USD $3.60 from a currency dealer, and an average exchange rate of $3.90 between people and businesses accepting goldbacks. However, people are often willing to exchange goldbacks for much more because they are so much better to possess over paper currency, since they are sound money and have intrinsic value as a gold product.

Now, we are getting to the most exciting part. Most of the designs for the different goldbacks have Christian and liberty influences. For example, I purchased several 1 Nevada Goldbacks, because they have Our Blessed Mother Mary on them. I also like several of the Wyoming designs, which are based on biblical characters and themes. The 25 Utah Goldback has a pro-life design and the entire New Hampshire series is very patriotic. I was so happy when I discovered this. Finally, a gold fractional that has a low barrier to entry — meaning a lot of people can own gold on limited budgets AND it is a gold product that I would be proud as a Christian to possess and exchange with others as currency. And having the Blessed Mother on my gold is just icing on the cake. Note, I have included the description of the 1 Nevada Goldback below along with the link to the art gallery, so you can see the various designs available so far in the different states.

Also noteworthy, I believe that the availability of goldbacks now is providential. This is because gold is honest money being recognized in the Holy Bible as an acceptable form of monetary exchange between nations, societies, and people. The concept behind goldback currency is certainly a better alternative than digital currency (precursor to the mark of the beast). Honestly, I want nothing to do with any digital currency that may be rolled out by the Federal government. That’s why I believe in owning both gold and silver because I want to maintain my independence and freedom. I want to maintain my options, meaning, my ability to not be enslaved to any draconian system that requires people to give up their rights in order to physically survive.

I believe that goldback currency will help to achieve this goal of independence as an alternative to beast like enslavement. Certainly, people need to be prepared first spiritually, then second, physically with survival food, water, etc. But, as the economy falters and we move into a transitional economic state before the Great Tribulation, if you can prepare beyond these basics, then having an emergency fund of gold and silver has its place in your survival plans. Moreover, having some goldbacks on-hand is something to consider to diversify your exposure risks.

Now, there are several methods of purchasing goldbacks. If you want to buy goldbacks right away, the best way is through a reputable currency dealer. Finally, I want to tell you a little about Alpine Gold / United Precious Metals Association (UPMA) (https://upma.org). Caritas, or Charity, is the Virtue beautifully featured on Nevada’s 1 Goldback Denomination. This is her first appearance on a Goldback Design, and is notably patterned after a depiction of Mary, the mother of Jesus, in St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in Austin, Nevada. Catholicism is Nevada’s most dominant religion and St. Augustine’s is the oldest Catholic Church building in the state. Like all Goldback designs, the art contains many levels of symbolism. Some major symbols of Charity featured include: the Sierra Nevada Lily, which is in the container below Mary’s feet to the right; the Mary Magdalene Rose, in the container on the left; cherubs crowning Mary and Burning Hearts to either side of her; Charity’s lit candle in her hand, and Nevada’s sun, rising over the mountains seen through the window behind her.

The window, the candlestick in the right corner of the window sill and the columns on each side of the design, are each inspired from St. Mary of the Mountains Catholic Cathedral in Virginia City, (now, Saint Mary in the Mountains Catholic Church & Museum), which was also an inspiration for this artwork. The window below Mary’s dress hides the word “Love”, the symbol of a square, a compass, a wagon wheel, and rosary beads. Blessings beloved ones,

I, “a soul”, am presenting to followers of this blog, MaryRefugeOfSouls, the first of two articles, which I hope will help people looking to preserve and maintain their wealth in this challenging time when much paper (fiat) money is losing value due to inflation. This first article is about silver rounds and the next article will be about fractional gold. My hope is that both articles will help people prepare for these uncertain economic times. Please be sure to read both articles, so you can make the best informed decision for yourself. Please note that I am NOT a financial broker or dealer or tax or legal expert. So, I urge you to investigate further and seek professional help based on your situation. I am just giving you my opinions based on my personal experiences as a Christian believer. Note, I make no money and no commission on any of the links in this first article.

As followers may recall, I have written before about Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds offered by Century Silver Exchange (https://www.centurysilver.com). I have bought one ounce silver rounds from Century Silver for over a decade and they are a fantastic, caring Christian company to deal with. The silver spot price has fluctuated a lot during the more than 12 years that I have bought silver rounds. I have seen the silver spot price go between about USD $15 to a high of about USD $50 an ounce. Today’s average is about USD $25. Regardless of how much I have paid for my silver rounds, I have always felt that the rounds were worth the cost, because the holy images found on the rounds “sanctify” the rounds making them “honest money” for when it comes time to use them (when the economy collapses). Today, I have collected several one ounce Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds, usually buying a few rounds one-two times a year. They come in airtight coin tubes, which is very important for keeping silver from oxidation (tarnishing). The rounds that I bought over a decade ago still look as beautiful today (2022).

I did not know how important it is to keep silver in airtight containers until recently. Unfortunately, I made a mistake years ago and bought some Valcambi Combibars — 100 gram bars in silver. Although I paid a good price for them (because silver was much cheaper years ago), I did not realize that they would oxidize in their officially sealed assay holders. So, today, the combibars are showing oxidation and there is no way for me to clean them without breaking the seal. I am really disappointed by this and I do not recommend Valcambi Silver Combibars to anyone. The Valcambi Gold Combibars are OK, because gold does not oxide (tarnish).

I had bought the silver combibars because I wanted silver in smaller increments than one ounce, but they are not worth it in my opinion, unless you know how to properly store them. Also, today, precious metal dealers are commanding about $150 or more for a 100 gram Valcambi Silver Combibar and they only have about $100 actual value of silver. So, you are paying about a $50 premium for the convenience of having a 100 gram silver bar divisible into smaller one gram increments. It is simply not worth it, especially with the oxidation issues.

Instead, if you are looking for silver in smaller increments – either 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, or 1/10 ounce, you can purchase up to 10 of each at a time in Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds on the Century Silver Exchange website. They will come in airtight coin tubes and yes, the fractional rounds that I bought several years ago still look beautiful. The only reason that I ventured out with buying the Valcambi Silver Combibars is because I was trying to get a better value for my dollar, but my oxidation issues prove I was buying the bars for the “wrong” reason. Clearly, if possible, it is far better to get silver with holy images, which sanctify your wealth and might one day result in a person’s conversion.

Early on, when I was first starting out, I did buy several 1/10 silver ounces with a US Walking Liberty design from a different mint and kept them in airtight coin tubes. These smaller rounds also look very nice today, but they are also stamped with the words, “In God We Trust”. So, I do believe that if you want silver in smaller incremental amounts, it is important to recognize God somehow in the design. A definite lesson learned for me!

When I was first starting out over a decade ago in buying silver rounds, there really were not a lot of choices for Christian designs on silver. Basically, the only cost-effective choice was the Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds. However, today (2022), there more options on the bullion market.

In this article, I want to introduce you all to the Scottsdale Mint in Arizona, USA (https://www.scottsdalemint.com). I want to recommend them for both their “Jesus” coin collection and their “stacker” rounds and bars. First, let me discuss their Jesus coins. Their Jesus coins are actual legal tender (currency) in the country of Samoa. Note, Samoa is different from American Samoa, which is an official territory of the USA. In contrast, the country of Samoa broke away from New Zealand and used to be known as Western Samoa until 1997. It is a very Christian island nation and it shows in their money, especially, with having Our Lord, Jesus Christ, on their coins.

Minted by Scottsdale, their Jesus coins are notable for three reasons. One, the Jesus one ounce and 1/2 ounce silver coins are cheaper to buy than the equivalent Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds. Two, you can buy the Jesus coins in gold. And three, a significant portion of each coin is donated to charity, especially, benefiting African children. I do know with the Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Rounds, a portion benefits the Caritas Community in Alabama, USA, which I believe in supporting as the world’s largest Medjugorje apostolate. However, the exact amount that Caritas receives is not disclosed online. In contrast, the exact USD given to charity by Scottsdale Mint for each coin can be found on their website. It varies depending on the coin increment and precious metal.

Besides the Jesus coins, the Scottsdale Mint also produces their “stacker” silver rounds and bars. I like them, because their mascot is a lion with a crown — definitely, a subtle nod to Christianity, the Lion of Judah, Our Lord, Jesus Christ. They come in increments of 100 gram, 2 ounce, and 5 ounce silver rounds, as well as 10 ounce, one kilo, and 100 ounce silver bars. The silver rounds and bars are called, stackers, because you can inter-mix them, as you do not need the same kind for them to “lock” together creating a stack. So, all the different rounds will stack together, likewise, with the silver bars.

Depending on the quantity, you may receive the silver rounds in coin flips, coin capsules, or coin tubes. Make sure they are airtight, otherwise, you may need to buy separate airtight containers for the silver rounds, or you may need to store the larger bars with a dehumidifying crystal which will slow down oxidation. I have found that the company called SD Bullion (https://sdbullion.com) is a good choice for fair prices on silver rounds / bars from Scottsdale Mint, as well as for coin containers, dehumidifying crystals, etc. You can also purchase coins / rounds / bars directly from Scottsdale Mint. Both companies will cater to international buyers and ship outside the US.

In closing, I want to address why I believe it is important to prepare monetarily now. Clearly, everyone is concerned as our world economy seems to be imploding and the costs of goods and services is escalating. Owning gold and silver is an excellent hedge when paper money loses it value, especially, when an economy is collapsing. I believe in owning both for many reasons. Firstly, both gold and silver are sound money, having been used as currency by governments and nations for thousands of years. It is also biblical being recognized in Sacred Scriptures as honest money.

Owning gold and silver also gives peace of mind when paper (fiat) currency gets devalued which earns less purchasing power over time. During times of trouble, gold and silver naturally increase in value while paper currency falls in value. It has intrinsic value, as once you have a gold or silver piece, it maintains its weight and purity. Meanwhile, paper currency can be ripped apart, burned, or destroyed. Paper is as plentiful as trees, while there is decreasing finite amounts of gold and silver in various mines in the world. Paper currency is only as valuable as how many people believe in its perceived value. But, if people loose confidence in it, paper currency becomes worthless – sometimes overnight.

Also, it is good to own both a mix of gold and silver, because while gold is sometimes confiscated by governments in a currency crisis, less so with silver. Also, silver is at an excellent buying price compared to gold. Currently (2022), the spot price for an ounce of gold is about USD $1,800 versus the spot price for an ounce of silver is about USD $25. Historically, though, the ratio has been 17 ounces of silver equaling one ounce of gold. So, hypothetically, if the economy were to collapse, if gold simply maintained its value, silver might increase to USD $105 an ounce. However, that is clearly, a very conservative estimate. For example, at one time in ancient Eypgt, 3 ounces of silver equalled one ounce of gold. So, I believe it is a good idea to own both gold and silver, because both have the potential to significantly increase resulting in preserving your purchasing power and hard-earned wealth.

Finally, I want to add that owning silver in smaller increments like 1/2, 1/4, and 1/10 ounce rounds is also a good idea, because while silver is a good value now, if it increases significantly per ounce, you will need smaller increments to pay for common household goods and services. Currently, I only invest in silver rounds and silver bars that are 0.999% in purity. I do not invest in US pre-1965 silver coins, which are about 90% in purity. This is simply because it is easier for me to keep track of what I own in silver ounces and grams. Honestly, I do not know much about the US silver coin market, but if I ever have the time to learn more and invest in US pre-1965 silver coins, I will update you all with my thoughts. Meanwhile, for me, having 0.999% silver rounds and bars are the best method.

Further Notes:

  • Spot price is the asking price for a precious metal on the international currency / commodity markets. Typically, precious metal dealers and exchanges will add a premium above the spot price so they can cover mint manufacturing costs, insurance, etc., and to earn a profit. So, for example, while the spot price for an ounce of silver might be USD $25, the buyer will likely pay $30 or more for the finished coin or round.
  • Coins typically have more valuable because they are backed as currency by a recognized government. However, a one ounce coin and a one ounce round with 0.999% purity have exactly the same amount of gold or silver in the pieces. So, minted rounds can have the best cost value over minted coins, because they can be cheaper to buy for the same content of gold or silver. Note, silver rounds can also cost more if they are minted and sold as collectibles.
  • Both gold and silver are measured in units of troy ounces and grams. Troy ounces are not the same as the avoirdupois ounce, which is the United States customary and British imperial ounce. A troy ounce weighs more than an avoirdupois ounce.
  • One troy ounce equals 31.1034768 grams. 100 grams equals 3.21507466 troy ounces.
  • One avoirdupois ounce equals 28.349523125 grams. Copper is often measured in avoirdupois ounces. I do not recommend copper as an investment due to oxidation issues.
  • Oftentimes, mints will add 1/100th of an ounce more gold or silver to their products, so they will measure at least the minimum necessary to meet or exceed standards for international trading. So, for example, a troy ounce will be at least 31.1034768 grams worth of gold or silver, but usually a 1/100th more. Same, for products measured in grams, etc.
