Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“It is a special grace to be able to love My Will even in the midst of adversity. Such a soul is in the Sixth Chamber* of the United Hearts.** Few there are who abide there. These are the souls who – through grace – have been able to completely die to self and have no special desires or wants towards their own comforts or well-being.”

“What joy and peace would descend upon the world if more souls could claim this grace through self-abnegation. Purgatory*** would be emptied, as no new poor souls would enter therein.”

“The soul can only enter the Sixth Chamber through the surrender of his own will. This means no unforgiveness, no jealousy, no anger, no selfishness whatsoever. The soul is completely devoted to obedience to My Commandments.**** These are goals I desire all My children to aspire to. Pray for the spiritual strength to do so.”

Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption; but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“As we journey into this penitential season,* let us carry in our hearts some parameters for sacrifices. Sometimes the best way to sacrifice is just to lovingly accept all the day offers. No sacrifice is worthy without love in the heart. Too much emphasis is placed on ‘giving up’ things the soul enjoys and not enough emphasis is on the positive effort of taking on charitable works such as helping those in need, praying more – even reading inspirational works. The love with which any sacrifice is offered is more important in making it worthy than the sacrifice itself.”

“Self-abnegation should not deplete physical well-being. Have respect for the body I created. Choose sacrifices more pleasing to Me such as loving your enemies and practicing forgiveness. We can make this journey together as long as Holy Love permeates your heart. That must be the firm basis of each sacrifice.”

Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“I am the Father of all Ages. There are two ways that I choose to measure a soul’s love for Me. One is his obedience to My Commandments. The other is his desire to please Me. Both of these require, first and foremost, a dying to self. Self-abnegation then is the doorway to holiness. This, too, is the path to recognizing the Truth. If your thoughts, words and actions center on self, there is no room in your heart for pleasing Me.”

“By your efforts in free will, make a decision to please Me and others ahead of self. This is how you will be judged.”

Read Ephesians 4:1-8+

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all.
