“I have a Forgiving Heart – a Merciful Heart. Souls need to understand their need for My Mercy in order to experience it. You are living in evil times. Times when sin is not acknowledged. Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“The most precious of all your possessions, children, is your relationship with Me. No day should pass without your greater effort in coming closer to Me. I have told you that obedience to My Commandments pleases Me. Yes, it pleases Me. Your prayers and sacrifices please Me, as well. Keep Me as part of your day. I enjoy assisting you in many small and great ways.”

“Focus your desire for success upon building your house of personal holiness stronger. That is, indeed the greatest victory of all, and it is within your grasp. These are evil times, as you know. Your prayers and sacrifices are like the sail on a ship that carries you over the sea of controversy.”

Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“Children, I speak, once again, to help you to embrace personal holiness and to build the hospice of your hearts strong in this regard. This is all that is not passing in this life. Let your hearts embrace obedience to My Commandments. The first and foremost of which is to love Me above all else. The second is to love your neighbor as yourself. To obey these Two Commandments is to obey all of the Commandments. This is Holy Love. This is the victory you must conquer in your own hearts. It is not a one-time victory, but a battle which must be fought moment by moment every day.”

“Years ago, on this date, I sent the Holy Mother to this Messenger.* She proclaimed, at My Command, to be recognized as the Protectress of the Faith. This was not accepted in Church circles as ‘necessary’.** Now, I ask you, look at the state of faith in the world today. How great is the need for Her Holy Protection! She instantly comes to the aid of anyone who calls upon Her under this title. The problem today is people have become blindsided as to what challenges their faith. Make an effort to identify what carries him farther away from Me and leads him down the path of perdition.”

Sometimes the owner of the house unwisely allows temptation in through thought, word or deed. The soul must be careful whom or what he associates with. If the soul is trying to advance in personal holiness, he will readily recognize the unwanted guest and usher him out. The soul must be very wise as to whom he allows into his house as sometimes the unwanted guest comes disguised in goodness.”

“Make your house of holiness like a fortress of virtue. This is the way to advance quickly through sacrifice and prayer and to ‘decorate’ your house of holiness with deeper and deeper virtue. The deeper the soul is in virtue, the stronger his efforts to protect his house of personal holiness.”

“If you neglect your spiritual house, the mold and mildew of sin begins to collect. These would be the neglect of prayer and sacrifice and the absence of efforts to please Me. Such souls build what may be regarded as mansions on earth, but in My Eyes are shacks not suitable for habitation.”

“Every once in a while, give your house of personal holiness a fresh coat of paint by discovering new ways to please Me. Do a frequent ‘house cleaning’ through an examination of your conscience. Then, the Holy Spirit will be welcome in your house of personal holiness.”

This lock is the soul’s awareness in any given present moment as to where his thoughts, words and actions are leading him.”

“Pray to keep holiness a goal in your day. No matter your activities in the day filled with present moments, pray to be the Message of Holy Love in thought, word and deed. Be protective of the holiness in your heart above all else. When grace knocks at the door of your house of holiness, recognize it and welcome its visit. The unwelcome visitor may come clothed in splendor and flavor, but the watchdog who tends the doorway to your house of holiness is the Spirit of Truth and will not allow him in.”

“In times of need, you can enjoy the peace of your house of holiness and rest in the peace therein, for your house is filled with trust.”

Your personal holiness must be constructed on the Truth – otherwise, it is the work of Satan. Keep your personal spiritual house free of what is called ‘progressive’. This is merely a departure from the Truth.”

“Each soul is called to build a private spiritual house within his own heart. This house is the work of personal holiness. It is heated by the Holy Spirit. Its comforts are a private relationship between the soul and Heaven. It is constructed of grace. The stronger its construction through prayer and sacrifice the greater its defense against doubts and lies. The soul must learn to defend his ‘house’ of personal holiness by tenaciously clinging to the Truth which is outlined in My Commandments. These are the front door leading into your personal holiness.”

“I have given you guardian angels to guard this door and to defend any attack of untruth which tries to compromise your personal holiness. Trust in their guidance. Place the Seal of Truth* over your hearts.”

As any soul is attacked by marauders who desire to weaken the soul’s spirituality, the soul who is unaware finds his spiritual ‘house’ losing its integrity by outside influence such as love of wealth, ambition, power and material goods. These loves are all passing. Love of these passing things is like a flood, earthquake or tornado that compromises the spiritual ‘house’ and destroys it.”

“The soul must reinforce his spiritual ‘house’ by his own efforts of prayer, fasting from his own will and connecting to My Divine Will. The more he denies himself, the stronger his spiritual ‘house’. The soul beautifies his spiritual ‘house’ through this self-denial.”

“I must continue with this analogy at another time. To all who follow it, I extend My Apocalyptic Blessing.”*

Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says:

“The depth of Holy Love in your heart determines the depth of every virtue. It also determines the depth of your surrender to My Will. In your acceptance of all aspects of your life in the present moment is your surrender. Holy Love is the foundation of your personal holiness. First, you must surrender to a deepening love of Me and your neighbor. Upon this love, you build your ‘house’ of virtues. The framework of this ‘house’ of holiness is surrender to My Divine Will.”

“Storms of temptations, doubts and distractions whip against this ‘house’ of personal holiness, but the stronger the commitment to holiness, the more resistance there is to these outside challenges. Every once in a while, the soul is able to look out of one of the ‘windows’ of this ‘house’ to see where he has been and where he is determined to go. This gives the soul impetus to continue to make his ‘house’ of holiness stronger and more impervious to outside forces. Others who see the ‘house’ of holiness may admire it from afar or may see where improvement is needed. In such cases, they should help the owner of this ‘house’ of holiness to improve by adhering more closely to My Divine Will. I observe very closely the construction of each ‘house’ of personal holiness. I am the Master Architect.”

Lord, during this Christmas Octave, release the souls in Purgatory and grant them the graces of Heaven, Jesus. Give them the longing of their hearts, to be with You. “To be holy is to desire holiness. The depth of your holiness is the depth of the virtues in your heart. False virtues are the ones practiced to impress others. Your holiness needs to be based upon a virtuous life confided between you and Me. Develop a relationship with Me – a loving relationship. It is then you will be able to see the ways in your life that are great graces from Me.”

“Graces are the ways that lead you closer to Me. This generation so often refuses My Grace, as they do not have the desire in their hearts to come closer to Me or to share their lives with Me. My Presence is not only in statues that exude oil – although this is a great grace. My Presence is in every present moment and every aspect of human existence. You must recognize it – appreciate it and accept it as My Presence. Act upon the ways I am leading you with a spirit of love in your hearts.”

“Children, in life there are many distractions – thoughts about the past – worries about the future. However, I am with you in the present moment. I send you all the grace you need in the present to avoid sin – sinful thoughts, words and deeds. You must pray to recognize and overcome pride. Pride is the root of all evil. Once you recognize the areas of pride in your life, you can come closer to Me through deeper holiness.”

“This is what I want for all My children. You do not know the hour of My Son’s Return. Nor do you know the hour of your demise. Therefore, be ready in every present moment. Purify your hearts as though you are standing before Jesus in judgment. Do not embrace self-love to such a degree that you cannot see your own unworthiness. Give to Me every distraction and problem. I am always with you when you are in a state of grace. Remember, the smallest matter that you fail to surrender to Me can become bigger than reality. Therefore, pray to embrace and be embraced by the Truth.”
