Blessings dearly beloved followers,

In this special commentary, I have gathered together some helpful articles on natural supplements such as Hawthorn, Garlic, Elderberries, and Colloidal Silver, to help parents assess which natural remedies might be appropriate for their children. Some of the articles give really good advice, so if you see something that you want to refer back to later, please consider saving the articles on your computer. Because, frankly, I do not trust Google and Big Tech with its censorship. So, an article you like today may not be available tomorrow. That is why I often make my writings available as downloadable documents so people can have a reference for whatever happens in the future.

Again, as I have stated before, I am not a healthcare professional and I am not trying to give medical advice. However, I am being honest in how I would (and am) dealing with this possible viral pandemic. As a Christian, I am careful when it comes to using herbal medicine, because this is not my area of expertise and some forms of alternative medicine are clearly not suited for Christians. However, I do take notice when Our Lord and Our Lady will suggest herbs and such to help cure the coming plagues and illnesses that mankind will be facing. And because, I, myself, use colloidal silver, I am comfortable in suggesting its use to others on this blog, MaryRefugeOfHolyLove.

Now, with respects to Hawthorn, it is a herb (berry) that has been used for hundreds of years to treat heart conditions, heart disease, and heart attacks. It is found naturally in Europe, North America, and Asia, where the berries have been eaten by children as food and the leaves and flowers have been used to make tea. Traditionally, it is believed that the Crown of Thorns of Our Savior, Jesus Christ, was made by thorns of the Hawthorn shrub.

I mention these things about Hawthorn, because parents may be concerned about giving Hawthorn pills to their children. There really have not been any studies on use for children in the U.S., although the use of Hawthorn was widely used in the U.S. prior to the 1930s, when Big Pharmaceutical companies in league with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration began a big push for drugs for heart disease instead of natural remedies. This also happened to the suppression of colloidal silver which was (and is) a big threat to Big Pharma because colloidal silver is cheaper and more effective than antibiotics, anti-virals, and vaccines for illnesses, viruses, and disease. And the fact that you can make colloidal silver at home if you need to is a really big threat to Big Pharma and their profits.

Now, parents with children do know first hand that children’s physical bodies and immune systems are weaker than adults. So, obviously, you cannot give the same dosage that you would take as an adult. Personally, I would not give a child Hawthorn in the form of a pill, because I think it would be too concentrated for their delicate systems. However, I think Hawthorn as a tea would be a good alternative if the child can accept the taste.

However, as an alternative to Hawthorn, I want to suggest the use of Garlic, which is not only a common food used all over the world, but is a natural antibiotic and widely-known to help in heart disease and heart conditions. The only downfall with Garlic is obviously the taste, especially, if you are pounding it down to a concentrated form to mix with warm water as a natural antibiotic. However, Garlic as a herbal pill should be alright for children. Below are a couple of articles about Garlic to help those who are interested in its health benefits.

Now, very recently, Jesus give a message to Prophet John Leary (http://www.johnleary.com), that not only spoke about Hawthorn, but also about Elderberries for combating respiratory illnesses such as the flu, etc. I believe that Jesus mentioned Elderberries as an alternative for parents to use for their children, if they concerned about using Hawthorn. Elderberries have been proven to be safe for children as many parents have used Elderberry syrup for many years as a natural remedy for the common cold and flu. So, below is the message from Our Lord where He mentions the use of Elderberry, as well as article links on Elderberry use for children.

Finally, I have included below several helpful articles about colloidal silver use for children and adults. For children, obviously, the dosage amount needs to be lesser than the dosage for an adult. As an adult, I use colloidal silver that is 20-30ppm to knock diseases out quickly for myself and my pets. However, the articles below suggest colloidal silver that is 12-15ppm for children due to their developing systems. So, please carefully read the articles so you can buy a concentration of colloidal silver that is appropriate for your family.

If you make colloidal silver on your own (for example, following the video that I recently posted to the blog), you can buy a meter to measure how strong the colloidal silver is in the distilled water. However, if you cannot afford or find a meter, please know that most colloidal silver that you make it at home will be less than 20ppm, typically, in the range of 8-15ppm. I say this, because the higher ranges of colloidal silver (20-30ppm) are achievable only in laboratories, usually, with propriety nano-silver technology. There is nothing wrong with lab-created colloidal silver, but that is why you will see such a wide variety and brands of colloidal silver on the market. Because it depends on if they use the traditional methods of making colloidal silver or a propriety lab technology.

In conclusion, I just want to add this one caution. Although to my knowledge, Hawthorn and Elderberries are safe and no one has ever fallen ill to their use through the centuries, etc., we live in an age where a lot of people, especially, children, are experiencing allergies. So, if yourself or your children are prone to allergies, especially, to berries, I would be careful because you never know. So, I am posting again the chart of the 11 Natural Antibiotics here, because the wonderful thing about God is this: Not only does He provide for us natural remedies in His Creation that are better than anything we can scientifically create on our own—God provides us multiple natural alternatives, too, to account for the different places that we live in the world and the different physical conditions we face today. So, please look at this chart and do some research on each of these natural antibiotics to find the one that will work best for you and your family situation.

Blessings beloved followers,

Today, as many of you know, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus outbreak happening in various countries in the world a “pandemic” and my country, the United States of America, will likely make a public health declaration very soon. So, what does this immediately mean for us? It means that there will be repercussions on the worldwide economy as the different countries seek to contain outbreaks within their borders. And I have indicated that in my own country, the government, military, and large institutions are buying all of the storeable foods to stay ahead of the curve.

With some of my latest blog postings, I want people to know that my intentions are not to cause unnecessary panic and to scare people. However, I am trying to keep myself, along with everyone else who follows this blog, MaryRefugeOfHolyLove, to stay ahead of the curve, too. I do not want the infection and death rates of this pandemic to come true on a massive scale, but at the same time, when I realized this was not some isolated disease taking place half-way across the world, I started to spring into action so that if it comes to my homeland, to my hometown, I am ready.

And because I was springing into action to do things, that is why I wrote some of my latest blog posts, because I consider each of you to be very important to me. And if I am doing things to prepare, I want you to consider being prepared, too. Because this is one of those situations, where if you are not proactive in protecting yourself and your family, well, just understand, I want you to have a fighting chance with this escalating health outbreak.

So, at this moment, such things as emergency foods, surgical masks, and even colloidal silver are selling out across the U.S. And I was even looking online and saw that natural supplements such as Hawthorn are selling out, too. So, the word is getting out that these items are vitally important to combat this illness.

Well, for those who are still searching for a cheap and effective brand of colloidal silver, Alex Jones of Infowars, mentioned on his show, that his Super Silver Gargle (https://www.infowarsstore.com/superblue-silver-immune-gargle-16oz-bottle), is the same brand that the U.S. military uses for ailments and illnesses among the troops. And I was surprised to hear this, as I actually use this gargle as part of brushing my teeth. I actually use Alex’s entire Silver Blue product line for my oral health, because the colloidal silver has been amazing in clearing up my gum disease; and I liked the gargle, because it also contains nascent iodine and is non-fluoride (which I am allergic to). So, I personally want to recommend the Super Silver Gargle as something that I use that works for colloidal silver; and if the U.S. military uses it, well, that is a good enough endorsement for me.

Now, secondly, I want to bring up the usage of multi-vitamins to combat this viral pandemic. It is only in the last six months, that I have really started to take my personal health seriously, by researching different natural supplements. And there are many things that I have learned. Firstly, I suffer from two chronic illnesses which result in me taking several medications a day. And I know that many people take daily medications for things, such as heart disease, depression, etc.

Well, one of the things that I learned is that when you take daily medications, your physical body uses a lot of nutrients; and so, just to keep yourself bio-chemically in balance, it is really important to take daily a multi-vitamin. But multi-vitamins are not only needed for those on medications, but also the average, ordinary person should be taking a multi-vitamin each day, because so much of the food we get from the grocery stores is processed and not as nutrient-rich as in the past.

So, just to keep myself as healthy as possible, I take a daily multi-vitamin, as well as extra vitamin D and B-complex supplements and nascent iodine. And having made these small lifestyle changes have made a huge difference in my overall energy and health. I did not realize how depleted my body was in nutrients until I started taking these natural supplements. And I believe it is important that people take a daily multi-vitamin, because when your body gets attacked by a virus, all the nutrients stored up in your cells get used up. But, if you do not have the nutrients in the first place, well, your immune system is already compromised.

Now, this leads to my third point: probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria that exists in your body. The good bacteria in your body is one of the first lines of defense in stopping disease from entering your cells. However, viruses are constantly attacking the good bacteria in your body and when any virus starts to gain the upper-hand, taking probiotic supplements can help tremendously in helping the body to continue to fight off the disease.

It is just like I said in my multi-vitamin example. Like the nutrients stored up in our cells, we have trillions of good bacteria in our body to fight off all the illnesses and diseases that we are constantly being attacked by. But, if we are hit by a particularly strong bad bacteria like strep throat, or a particularly strong virus like the common cold or flu, the good bacteria can become severely depleted in our bodies. And if they decease by a lot, we will get sick as the bad bacteria and viruses will gain access to the cells of our bodies.

Now, as I have said before in my blog posts, I am not a healthcare professional or health expert, so I cannot explain all the technicalities of how our immune system works and such. However, I will say two things that people should know. One, when you take antibiotics to fight disease, not only do antibiotics kill the bad bacteria attacking you, it also kills the good bacteria that is trying to work on your behalf. However, colloidal silver only kills the bad bacteria in our bodies. I have no idea why that is—all I know is that God designs things naturally in Creation that work so much better than we could ever do creating something scientifically on our own.

Mankind tries to improve on Creation and frankly, this is never going to happen.

And so, what will happen if we use colloidal silver and probiotics in combination? To me that is a winning answer in my book for fighting off this viral pandemic.

I have been blessed in that a blog follower—a loving housewife and mother of six children shared with me her personal experience of using probiotics to cure every stomachache / any virus (flu and colds) that attacked her husband and children for the past TEN years. In particular, she would give them Probiotic Acidophilus (8 billion a day) and it would usually cure them by the next day. Acidophilus is a particular strain of good bacteria that has been shown to boost the immune system by helping to fight the flu and common cold.

However, this past Thanksgiving 2019, three of her children caught a stomach virus, which was the first time that her remedy – Probiotic Acidophilus (8 billion) – did not work in ten years. Her children did recover, but she noticed that the virus was stronger and took longer to get over this time. Then, a few days later, her husband got sick with the same virus. Again, the Probiotic Acidophilus (8 billion) did not work. However, she did not give up, but took the problem to Jesus in prayer. And through prayer, she was inspired to increase the dosage for her husband.

So, this loving housewife and mother did some research to make sure that her husband would not overdose (you cannot overdose on probiotics unlike antibiotics) and increased the dosage to 20 billion a day. She used a natural supplement of Probiotics that had ten strains of good bacteria (not just Acidophilus) that she bought at Walmart (called, “Probiotic 10”) and by the next day, her husband was well enough to go back to work. Then, after two days, he was completely cured. Her husband remarked that with each dose (20 billion) that he felt even better than before.

Colloidal Silver is the most potent disinfectant and antiseptic, and on-contact killer of viruses, bacteria, fungi and all kinds of germs. My guess is, if you want to make it, you probably know what is does, and how it has been used for the last 3,000 years. Since you can make it yourself and you need no prescription, you will not see it on TV – ever!

Items you need:

2 ft. common electric wire (any laying around in the house)
4 small alligator clamps ($6 for 4 at the hardware store)
3 9-volt batteries (about $10)
Distilled water ($0.99)
Saline (eyewash drops) ($2-3.00)
1 ft silver wire, 999.99 pure ($10-25.00) depending on gauge, thin will do fine.
A glass (for the electrolysis) – no plastic or metal containers

Instructions in the video:

You do not need a box for the apparatus or soldering anything. Twist the wires and cover with electric tape. Just connect your batteries in series to get 27-volt.

When you are done, clean the oxidized wire with a rough cloth or soda, and store all the pieces in a zip-lock bag until next time.

Store colloidal silver in glass, away from light. Best to be stored in a dark colored glass container because light exposure will break it down.
